【摘要】:當(dāng)前,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和現(xiàn)今科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,發(fā)展新能源、治理工業(yè)污染是全社會(huì)關(guān)注的重要問題。解決這些問題的根本方法在于減少能耗、節(jié)約資源以及提高能源利用率。然而,我國目前的電能、熱能仍然以煤炭燃燒為主,煤炭燃燒不僅會(huì)不斷減少我國不可再生資源的儲(chǔ)量,而且在燃燒過程中產(chǎn)生的煤煙等氣體混合物嚴(yán)重污染了大氣。熱電廠是北方冬季集中供熱的主要熱源,在余熱、乏汽利用項(xiàng)目上,如何能夠合理有效的將熱源加以利用,將有效的降低能源的浪費(fèi),提高余熱利用率,節(jié)約不可再生資源,并為企業(yè)以及社會(huì)帶來顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。同煤大唐熱電實(shí)施了平旺地區(qū)的乏汽余熱利用項(xiàng)目,該項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo)是是節(jié)能減排、節(jié)約資源、降低環(huán)境污染,出發(fā)點(diǎn)是通過同煤大唐熱電產(chǎn)生的乏汽的有效利用,解決周邊平旺地區(qū)的供熱這一民生問題。同煤大唐熱電二期乏汽利用項(xiàng)目有效的減少能源的再次消耗,增加了以往供熱的覆蓋面積,提高了平旺地區(qū)居民的生活質(zhì)量。近年來,國家大力提倡節(jié)能減排、綠色發(fā)展、推動(dòng)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)、增加能源利用率,該項(xiàng)目積極響應(yīng)了這一號(hào)召,迎合了國家的政策導(dǎo)向。本研究以同煤大唐熱電的乏汽利用這一具體項(xiàng)目為研究實(shí)例,通過工作分解、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃制定、保障措施方案制定,保障該項(xiàng)目按照原有計(jì)劃方案高效實(shí)施,在計(jì)劃內(nèi)按時(shí)完成。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制能夠有效的對(duì)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度進(jìn)行管理與控制,通過使用項(xiàng)目工作結(jié)構(gòu)分解(WBS)的方法,對(duì)項(xiàng)目各項(xiàng)工作活動(dòng)的分解,能夠清晰的呈現(xiàn)出各項(xiàng)工作活動(dòng)內(nèi)容,以及各項(xiàng)工作活動(dòng)之間的邏輯關(guān)系。使用甘特圖的方法,能夠?qū)⒏黜?xiàng)工作活動(dòng)的實(shí)施時(shí)間以及施工先后順序直觀的展現(xiàn),在圖表中清晰的了解到并且容易的理解到整個(gè)項(xiàng)目以及各項(xiàng)工作活動(dòng)的進(jìn)度。組織、管理制度、技術(shù)以及資源是項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃順利進(jìn)行的有利保障。只有這些保障措施完善并且有效的實(shí)施,才能夠保障項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的正常進(jìn)行。在施工過程中,也要隨著項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)行,對(duì)于出現(xiàn)的變化,要及時(shí)的在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃中進(jìn)行調(diào)整,使項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃能夠適應(yīng)外部環(huán)境的動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展。本研究還可以為具有同類項(xiàng)目的其他企業(yè)提供借鑒,具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義以及借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:At present, with the development of economy and the development of science and technology, new energy, industrial pollution control is an important issue concerned by the whole society. The fundamental way to solve these problems is to reduce energy consumption, save resources and improve the energy efficiency. However, China's current energy, thermal energy is still in the combustion of coal, coal burning not only will reduce non renewable resources in China's reserves, and produced in the combustion process of soot and other gas mixtures have seriously polluted the atmosphere. Thermal power plant is the main source of the northern winter heating in the waste heat, steam utilization project, how to effectively utilize the heat source, will effectively reduce the waste of energy and improve the utilization of waste heat, saving non renewable resources, and bring significant economic benefits for enterprises and society. With the implementation of the Datang thermoelectric waste heat of exhaust steam Pingwang region by item Orders, the goal of the project is energy saving, save resources, reduce environmental pollution, the starting point is the effective use of the steam produced by coal Datang Power, solve the problems of people's livelihood heating surrounding area. Ping Wang coal Datang Power two stage exhaust steam utilization project is effective in reducing energy consumption increased again. The coverage area of heating, improve the quality of life of residents Pingwang area. In recent years, the country vigorously promote energy-saving emission reduction, green development, promote low-carbon economy, increase the utilization rate of energy, the project actively responded to the call, to meet the policy orientation of the country. In this study, with the coal Datang thermoelectric exhaust steam utilization this specific project as a case study, through work breakdown, schedule, security measures, ensure the project in accordance with the original plan, implementation of the plan, according to the project schedule plan complete. Plan preparation can effectively manage and control the progress of the project, through the use of project work breakdown structure (WBS) method, the decomposition of project activities, to clearly present the work activities, and the logical relationship between various work activities. Using the method of Gantt chart, the implementation of the time work activities and the order of the construction of visual display, in the chart clearly understand and easy to understand the whole project and the progress of activities. Organization, management system, technology and resources is beneficial to protect the project schedule smoothly. Only these security measures to perfect and effective implementation, to ensure the project the progress of the normal. In the construction process, also with the project, for the change, should be timely in the project schedule. Line adjustment enables the project schedule plan to adapt to the dynamic development of the external environment. This research can also provide reference for other enterprises with similar projects, and has some practical guiding significance and reference significance.
