【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)增長和發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)矛盾越來越突出,通過建立科學的產(chǎn)業(yè)組織模式來提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益,是值得探索的有效途徑。文章對新疆36家棉紡企業(yè)調(diào)研得出其投入產(chǎn)出數(shù)據(jù),運用DEA模型對新疆棉紡企業(yè)參與不同產(chǎn)業(yè)組織模式的技術效率進行測度與分析,研究結(jié)果顯示:有生產(chǎn)基地、軋花廠的棉紡企業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)一體,交易成本低,交易效率高,規(guī)模效率很高,純技術效率較高,綜合技術效率在三種模式中最高;有軋花廠的棉紡企業(yè)規(guī)模效率較高,純技術效率不高;自由交易的棉紡企業(yè)在三種模式中綜合技術效率最低,其原因是純技術效率低。要提高傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術效率必須創(chuàng)新管理理念,強化利益鏈接,創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營模式,更新技術設備,加快產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,調(diào)整產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu),降低企業(yè)成本,提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth and development of Chinese economy, the contradiction of supply-side structure of traditional industry is becoming more and more prominent, and the economic benefits of enterprises can be improved by establishing a scientific industrial organization model. This paper investigates 36 cotton spinning enterprises in Xinjiang and obtains their input-output data. The DEA model is used to measure and analyze the technical efficiency of Xinjiang cotton spinning enterprises participating in different industrial organization models. The results show that the cotton spinning enterprises with production base, cotton cotton mills have one property right, and the transaction cost is low. The transaction efficiency is high, the scale efficiency is high, the pure technology efficiency is high, and the comprehensive technical efficiency is the highest among the three modes. Cotton spinning enterprises with cotton rolling mill have high scale efficiency and low pure technical efficiency. Cotton spinning enterprises with free trade have the lowest comprehensive technical efficiency among the three modes, which is due to the low efficiency of pure technology. In order to improve the technical efficiency of traditional industries, it is necessary to innovate the management idea, strengthen the link of interests, and innovate the management mode. Renew technology and equipment, speed up product innovation, adjust product structure, reduce enterprise cost, and improve economic benefit of enterprise.
