【摘要】：秦記西南印刷廠是抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在桂林開辟的一塊重要文化宣傳陣地,是文化界統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線性質(zhì)的印刷廠。其公司化的經(jīng)營(yíng)方式既培養(yǎng)了政治素質(zhì)過硬的出版人才,又推動(dòng)了抗日事業(yè)的發(fā)展,更給當(dāng)代出版企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了有益啟示:要建立突顯社會(huì)責(zé)任感的企業(yè)文化,建立健全人性化的管理制度,探索創(chuàng)新性的盈利模式。
[Abstract]:Qin Qin southwest printing house is an important cultural propaganda position opened by the Communist Party of China in the war of resistance against Japan, and it is the printing house of the United Front in the cultural circles. The company management mode can not only cultivate the political quality of talents, and promote the development of our cause, to contemporary publishing enterprise development provides beneficial enlightenment: to establish the salience of social responsibility of the enterprise culture, establish and perfect the humane management system, explore innovative profit model.
