【摘要】：京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展,節(jié)能減排是重點突破領(lǐng)域。已有研究主要圍繞京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展水平、京津冀個體或整體的節(jié)能減排等問題進行探討,一致認為區(qū)域協(xié)同是推動京津冀節(jié)能減排的關(guān)鍵。因此,文章考慮京津冀能源強度的差異性,針對工業(yè)降耗的關(guān)鍵性,基于"兩個維度"和"兩個層面"探討了京津冀工業(yè)分行業(yè)協(xié)同降耗的重點行業(yè)、關(guān)鍵因素及路徑的選擇思路。最后,對京津冀協(xié)同降耗中可能出現(xiàn)的利益協(xié)調(diào)問題提出了建議。
[Abstract]:With the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, energy saving and emission reduction are the key breakthroughs. The existing research focused on the coordinated development level of Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Beijing Tianjin Hebei individual or overall energy saving and emission reduction issues. It is agreed that regional cooperation is the key to promote energy saving and emission reduction in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Therefore, considering the difference of energy intensity between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and aiming at the key of industrial consumption reduction, based on the "two dimensions" and "two levels", we discussed the key industries, key factors and path selection ideas of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Industrial sub sectors. At the end of this paper, some suggestions on the potential benefits coordination of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are put forward.
