【摘要】：隨著物流業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,其對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的影響也越來越大。銷售物流系統(tǒng)是生產(chǎn)性企業(yè)物流系統(tǒng)中的重要組成,它包括倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理、庫(kù)存控制、物流配送、信息管理等方面。一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)約高效的銷售物流系統(tǒng)可以使企業(yè)敏捷應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)變化,對(duì)客戶訂單快速響應(yīng),從而大大降低物流成本。本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外銷售物流系統(tǒng)文獻(xiàn)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了企業(yè)銷售物流系統(tǒng)相關(guān)理論知識(shí)及優(yōu)化方法。以河北省新樂市電熱毯產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中A電器廠為例進(jìn)行研究,簡(jiǎn)介A電器廠組織結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)營(yíng)情況等,重點(diǎn)對(duì)其銷售物流系統(tǒng)從庫(kù)存管理、物流配送、信息管理等三方面進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析,總結(jié)存在的問題和原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文運(yùn)用ABC分類法對(duì)A電器廠進(jìn)行倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)優(yōu)化、運(yùn)用灰色預(yù)測(cè)模型對(duì)其市場(chǎng)需求進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)、引入節(jié)約法對(duì)其物流配送環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行路徑優(yōu)化,也對(duì)企業(yè)銷售物流管理信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。優(yōu)化后的企業(yè)銷售物流系統(tǒng)能夠有效降低企業(yè)物流成本,增加企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,同時(shí)提高物流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)營(yíng)效率及顧客滿意度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the logistics industry, the influence of the logistics industry on the economic benefits of the enterprises is becoming more and more important. The distribution logistics system is an important component of the logistics system of the productive enterprise. It includes storage management, inventory control, logistics distribution, information management and so on. A simple and efficient sales logistics system can make the enterprise responsive to market changes, respond quickly to customer orders, and thus greatly reduce logistics costs. On the basis of the literature analysis of the domestic and foreign sales logistics system, this paper expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge and optimization methods of the enterprise sales logistics system. In Xinle City, Hebei Province Industrial Cluster in A electric blanket electric appliance factory as an example, A Electrical Appliance Factory, organizational structure, operating conditions, focusing on the sales logistics system from three aspects of inventory management, logistics, information management situation analysis, summed up the existing problems and reasons. On this basis, this paper applies ABC classification method to optimize the storage of A electrical equipment factory, applies grey prediction model to predict its market demand, introduces the saving method to optimize its logistics and distribution links, and optimizes the sales logistics management information system of enterprises. The optimized sales logistics system can effectively reduce the logistics cost of enterprises, increase the economic benefits of enterprises, and improve the operation efficiency and customer satisfaction of logistics system.
