當(dāng)今中國傳統(tǒng)文化面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。改革開放以來，國人受到外來文化，尤其是美國文化的強(qiáng)烈沖擊，逐漸的淡忘了我們自己的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)文化。時尚和流行元素正一步步將深奧的傳統(tǒng)文化淡出許多國人，尤其是年輕人的頭腦；與此同時，許多外國人卻對中國文化垂涎已久，正千方百計想把這些精華據(jù)為己有。世界知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)體系成全了這些別有用心的外國人，他們利用各國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)立法的差異以及缺陷，瘋狂的搶注一些中國傳統(tǒng)文化的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)。至于那些沒有涵蓋在知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)范圍內(nèi)的傳統(tǒng)文化在沒有有效保護(hù)措施和充分的考慮的情況下暴露在世人面前。這也引發(fā)了一些外國人搶占中國寶貴文化財富。這些做法既傷害了我們的民族情感，又侵犯了我們的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益�；诖斯P者選擇了寫這篇論文。 第一章，介紹了一些關(guān)鍵的名詞定義，如傳統(tǒng)文化，知識產(chǎn)權(quán)等。然后簡要的介紹了有關(guān)的一些背景資料。 第二章，介紹了在全球化條件下中國傳統(tǒng)文化保護(hù)存在的問題。主要有五點(diǎn)：傳統(tǒng)文化定義廣，產(chǎn)權(quán)難界定；立法不合理，執(zhí)行力差；申請程序復(fù)雜繁瑣；人們不重視；某些傳統(tǒng)文化處在毀滅的邊緣。 第三章，揭示上述問題存在的五大原因：經(jīng)濟(jì)原因，政治原因，社會原因，制度原因，以及國際原因。 在...
