【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化的大背景下，國際貿(mào)易日益頻繁，各國紛紛進行國外投資建廠；作為國際資本流動形式之一的對外直接投資在轉(zhuǎn)移資本的同時，也給東道國國內(nèi)企業(yè)帶來縣先進的技術、管理經(jīng)驗和理念等無形的資產(chǎn)。但是隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，世界范圍內(nèi)的各國資金短缺已經(jīng)解決，采取措施吸引外資變成了各國的目標，但是，F(xiàn)DI技術溢出效應受到多種因素的影響，東道國的制度因素便是其一。本文研究制度因素對FDI技術溢出的影響，有利于為我國完善制度環(huán)境，吸引更多的外資提出政策建議。 論文主要是以中國作為東道國的角度來分析制度因素對FDI技術溢出的效應研究。論文在緒論部分將選題目的和意義等做了很詳細的敘述，并且主要對國內(nèi)外FDI技術溢出相關的文獻進行了整理和梳理，使理論更加具有條理性；論文第一部分對FDI技術溢出的影響因素和渠道進行了具體分析，第二部分論文又重點的研究了市場經(jīng)濟開放程度和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護度這兩個方面的制度因素在影響FDI技術溢出的內(nèi)在機理。第三部分的實證檢驗，論文使用1997-2011年中國外商直接投資方面相關的時間序列數(shù)據(jù)建立模型，研究了知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護度（PP）和市場經(jīng)濟開放程度（FR）這兩個制度方面的因素對FDI在中國技術溢出的效應，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，當不存在制度因素的情況下，，F(xiàn)DI技術溢出在我國存在著正向的效果；但是，考慮到制度因素存在的情況下，F(xiàn)DI技術溢出反而變得不明顯甚至沒有，由此可以發(fā)現(xiàn)，技術溢出受制度因素的影響，只有完善東道國的制度環(huán)境，才能夠吸引對外直接投資，從而使FDI技術在東道國溢出，促進國內(nèi)的技術進步。我國正處于轉(zhuǎn)型期，制度環(huán)境不完善，所以FDI技術溢出也受到影響，根據(jù)中國的國情，論文在第四部分針對制度因素對FDI技術溢出的影響給出了政策建議，使我國應根據(jù)國情改善制度環(huán)境，使制度因素促進FDI技術溢出，從而帶動我國技術進步，促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the background of economic globalization, international trade is becoming more and more frequent, and foreign investment and construction plants are being carried out by various countries; as one of the international capital flow forms, foreign direct investment, while transferring capital, brings the state-of-the-art technology to the domestic enterprises of the host country, An intangible asset, such as management experience and philosophy. However, with the development of economy, the shortage of funds in the world has been solved, and taking measures to attract foreign capital has become the goal of all countries. However, the spillover effect of FDI has been affected by many factors, and the institutional factors of the host country are one. This paper studies the influence of the system factors on the spillover of the technology of FDI, which is conducive to the improvement of the system environment in our country and to attract more foreign capital to put forward the policy suggestions. The paper mainly analyses the effect of the institutional factors on the spillover of the technology of FDI in China as the host country. This paper makes a detailed description of the purpose and significance of the selection of the topic in the introduction section, and makes a detailed description of the literature related to the spillover of the domestic and foreign direct investment, and makes the theory more reasonable. The first part of the paper makes a concrete analysis of the influence factors and channels of the spillover of the technology of FDI, and the second part focuses on the internal machine that influences the spillover of the technology of FDI in the aspects of the openness of the market economy and the degree of protection of the intellectual property. Based on the empirical test of the third part, the paper establishes a model using the time series data related to the foreign direct investment in China from 1997 to 2011, and studies the effect of the two systems of the intellectual property protection degree (PP) and the opening degree (FR) of the market economy on the spillover effect of FDI in China It should be found that, in the absence of institutional factors, the spillover of the technology of FDI has a positive effect in China; however, in the light of the existence of the institutional factors, the spillover of the technology of FDI has become less obvious and not even, and it can be found that the technology spillover is the shadow of the institutional factors. In response, only the system environment of the host country can be improved, so that the foreign direct investment can be attracted, so that the FDI technology can overflow in the host country, and the domestic technology can be promoted Step. China is in the transitional period, and the system environment is not perfect, so the spillover of the technology of FDI is also affected. According to the national conditions of China, the paper puts forward the policy suggestions on the influence of the system factors on the spillover of the technology of FDI in the fourth part, so that our country should improve the system ring according to the national conditions To drive the technological progress of our country and to promote the economic development
