【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)是走向全球化與知識(shí)型,在這種大背景下,知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)成為企業(yè)甚至是國(guó)家贏得市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的關(guān)鍵性因素之一。尤其對(duì)于技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)是其最為核心的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,必須要構(gòu)建起科學(xué)合理的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理體系。 本文首先從國(guó)家和企業(yè)的角度出發(fā)分析了實(shí)施知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理的重要意義,并從法規(guī)建設(shè)、戰(zhàn)略管理、價(jià)值評(píng)估等層面分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理的研究現(xiàn)狀。 其次對(duì)中國(guó)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)企業(yè)的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。并進(jìn)一步闡述了產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的原因。 再次,本文以A公司作為研究對(duì)象,分別從其經(jīng)營(yíng)特性、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理體系優(yōu)勢(shì)等方面分析了其知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理的現(xiàn)狀、管理中存在的問(wèn)題。試圖從世界上知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理最為成功的A公司中尋找到知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及啟示。 最后,本文根據(jù)分析所得出的A公司在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理體系建設(shè)上的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及問(wèn)題教訓(xùn),從機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)、制度完善、文化建立、評(píng)估體系完善、管理信息平臺(tái)建設(shè)等方面出發(fā),對(duì)中國(guó)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)企業(yè)如何提高知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理水平提出了相應(yīng)的建議措施,嘗試為中國(guó)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)企業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、技術(shù)全球化的大背景下,通過(guò)對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理體系的完善來(lái)獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)提供一定的借鑒和幫助。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the development trend of the world economy is towards globalization and knowledge. In this context, intellectual property rights have become one of the key factors for enterprises and even countries to win market competition. Especially for technology development enterprises, intellectual property rights are their core competitiveness, and a scientific and reasonable intellectual property management system must be constructed. This paper first analyzes the significance of implementing intellectual property management from the point of view of the state and enterprises, and analyzes the research status of intellectual property management at home and abroad from the aspects of legal construction, strategic management, value evaluation and so on. Secondly, it analyzes the present situation and existing problems of intellectual property management in Chinese technology development enterprises. The causes of these problems are further expounded. Thirdly, this paper takes Company A as the research object, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of intellectual property management from the aspects of its management characteristics and the advantages of intellectual property management system. This paper tries to find out the experience and enlightenment of intellectual property management from A company, which is the most successful company in intellectual property management in the world. Finally, according to the successful experience and problem lessons of Company A in the construction of intellectual property management system, from the aspects of institutional construction, system perfection, cultural establishment, evaluation system perfection, management information platform construction and so on, this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions and measures on how to improve the intellectual property management level of Chinese technology development enterprises, and tries to improve the economic globalization of Chinese technology development enterprises. Under the background of technological globalization, through the improvement of intellectual property management system to obtain competitive advantage to provide certain reference and help.
