【摘要】：伴隨城市安全需求的不斷提高，政府對公共安全防護(hù)投資規(guī)模逐步提升，在智慧城市建設(shè)浪潮的推動下，智能安防成為必不可少的組成部分。十一五期間，國內(nèi)平安城市項目的大力建設(shè)，使公共區(qū)域監(jiān)控覆蓋率有了極大的提升。然而，面對海量圖像數(shù)據(jù)難以提取有效信息，圖像利用率持續(xù)低下也成為了迫切需要解決的問題。 HY公司擬投資建設(shè)智能圖像處理云項目以提高圖像使用效率，填補(bǔ)該領(lǐng)域國內(nèi)市場空白，真正意義上促使監(jiān)控圖像成為有效信息，為公安、司法等政府部門提供線索和依據(jù)。從市場需求來看，該投資項目有著廣闊的投資前景。但是，智能圖像處理云項目作為新興領(lǐng)域投資項目，充滿著不確定性風(fēng)險。為了降低投資風(fēng)險，必須針對投資項目進(jìn)行科學(xué)的決策分析。 本文以HY公司投資智能圖像處理云項目為研究對象，結(jié)合投資項目評價理論，對該投資項目進(jìn)行了投資決策分析，為公司決策者提供有力依據(jù)。通過對HY公司外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境的分析，明確HY公司項目投資的動因和投資必要性與緊迫性。通過對該項目包括市場、技術(shù)、財務(wù)、不確定性和風(fēng)險在內(nèi)的各個環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析，分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，HY公司具有自有知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的專有技術(shù)，，技術(shù)成熟、可靠，所有經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)均領(lǐng)先于行業(yè)基準(zhǔn)投資指標(biāo)，投資風(fēng)險較低，經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著，具有較大的可行性。 本文通過對HY公司智能圖像處理云項目的投資決策分析，不僅為本公司決策者提供了有力依據(jù)，而且為其他同樣面臨新興領(lǐng)域項目投資問題的國內(nèi)企業(yè)，在進(jìn)行投資決策分析時提供了相關(guān)參照。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of urban safety demand, the scale of government investment in public safety protection has been gradually improved. driven by the wave of intelligent city construction, intelligent security has become an indispensable part. During the Eleventh five-year Plan period, the construction of Ping an city project in China has greatly improved the monitoring coverage of public areas. However, in the face of massive image data, it is difficult to extract effective information, and the continuous low image utilization rate has become an urgent problem to be solved. HY intends to invest in the construction of intelligent image processing cloud project to improve the efficiency of image use, fill in the domestic market gap in this field, truly promote the monitoring image to become effective information, and provide clues and basis for public security, judicial and other government departments. From the point of view of market demand, the investment project has broad investment prospects. However, as an emerging investment project, intelligent image processing cloud project is full of uncertainty risk. In order to reduce the investment risk, it is necessary to carry on the scientific decision analysis to the investment project. In this paper, the investment intelligent image processing cloud project of HY Company is taken as the research object, combined with the investment project evaluation theory, the investment decision analysis of the investment project is carried out, which provides a powerful basis for the company decision makers. Through the analysis of the external environment and internal environment of HY Company, the motivation, necessity and urgency of HY project investment are clarified. Through the detailed analysis of each link of the project, including market, technology, finance, uncertainty and risk, it is found that HY company has the proprietary technology of its own intellectual property rights, the technology is mature and reliable, all the economic indexes are ahead of the industry benchmark investment index, the investment risk is low, the economic benefit is remarkable, and it is feasible. Through the investment decision analysis of HY intelligent image processing cloud project, this paper not only provides a powerful basis for the company decision makers, but also provides a relevant reference for other domestic enterprises that are also facing the investment problems in emerging fields.
