【摘要】：數(shù)字版權(quán)保護是版權(quán)保護領(lǐng)域的熱點問題，關(guān)系到知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護，具有重要的理論研究價值和廣泛的應(yīng)用背景。數(shù)字版權(quán)保護主要通過數(shù)字版權(quán)管理系統(tǒng)，利用加密、數(shù)字水印、數(shù)字簽名等技術(shù)對數(shù)字媒體文件的上傳、下載、使用等過程進行全方位的跟蹤監(jiān)測保護，防止數(shù)字媒體文件的不正當使用，保護版權(quán)方的合法利益不受侵犯。 隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展，數(shù)字媒體文件的流通變得非常容易，，對數(shù)字媒體文件的版權(quán)保護變得日益困難。數(shù)字版權(quán)保護面臨的主要問題是：依賴防偽包裝以及各類防偽標簽進行數(shù)字版權(quán)保護的方法，對于拷貝、非法下載傳播等侵權(quán)盜版已經(jīng)完全失效；傳統(tǒng)包裝防偽等防侵權(quán)技術(shù)不能為公安機關(guān)打擊盜版侵權(quán)提供有效溯源取證技術(shù)支持；此外，目前的數(shù)字版權(quán)管理系統(tǒng)在使用上普遍較為繁瑣，有時為了對數(shù)字媒體文件進行嚴格的版權(quán)保護，往往造成一些合法用戶的權(quán)益得不到保障。針對以上幾個問題，我們首先對數(shù)字版權(quán)加密管理系統(tǒng)進行分析，采用合理的加密技術(shù)，對數(shù)字媒體文件進行加密處理，保證數(shù)字媒體文件在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的安全傳輸，使得數(shù)字媒體文件內(nèi)容得到保護；其次，為了實現(xiàn)打擊盜版、提供有效溯源的功能，采用相應(yīng)的數(shù)字水印技術(shù)，將版權(quán)、用戶特征等信息嵌入到數(shù)字媒體文件中，為公安機關(guān)打擊盜版侵權(quán)提供技術(shù)支持；最后，簡化數(shù)字版權(quán)加密管理系統(tǒng)的使用流程，注重用戶操作和體驗，在對數(shù)字媒體文件進行版權(quán)保護的同時，有效保障合法用戶的利益。 在數(shù)字版權(quán)加密管理系統(tǒng)基本原理的基礎(chǔ)上，利用加密和數(shù)字水印等技術(shù)，設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了一種具有跟蹤溯源功能的數(shù)字版權(quán)加密管理系統(tǒng)。經(jīng)過實驗測試，該系統(tǒng)能夠有效地對數(shù)字媒體文件進行版權(quán)管理。
[Abstract]:Digital copyright protection is a hot issue in the field of copyright protection, which is related to the protection of intellectual property. It has important theoretical research value and extensive application background. Digital rights protection mainly through the digital rights management system, using encryption, digital watermarking, digital signature and other technologies to upload, download, use of digital media files to carry out omni-directional follow-up and protection. Prevent the improper use of digital media documents and protect the legitimate interests of copyright parties. With the rapid development of Internet, the circulation of digital media files becomes very easy, and the copyright protection of digital media files becomes more and more difficult. The main problems facing digital copyright protection are: relying on anti-counterfeiting packaging and various kinds of anti-counterfeiting labels for digital copyright protection, copyright infringement and piracy, such as copy, illegal download and transmission, have been completely invalidated; Traditional packaging anti-counterfeiting and other anti-infringement technology can not provide effective technical support for public security organs to crack down on piracy infringement. In addition, the current digital rights management system is generally more cumbersome, sometimes in order to strictly protect the copyright of digital media files, the rights and interests of some legitimate users are often not protected. In view of the above problems, we first analyze the digital rights encryption management system, and use reasonable encryption technology to encrypt the digital media files to ensure the secure transmission of the digital media files in the Internet. To protect the contents of digital media files; Secondly, in order to combat piracy and provide effective tracing to the source, the corresponding digital watermarking technology is used to embed copyright, user characteristics and other information into digital media files to provide technical support for public security organs to combat piracy infringement; Finally, simplify the use of digital rights encryption management system, pay attention to user operation and experience, while protecting the copyright of digital media files, effectively protect the interests of legitimate users. Based on the basic principle of digital rights encryption management system, this paper designs and implements a digital rights encryption management system with the function of tracing and tracing the source by using encryption and digital watermarking techniques. The experimental results show that the system can effectively manage the copyright of digital media files.
