基于TRIZ的印刷機(jī)械創(chuàng)新設(shè)計方案評價體系研究

【摘要】:國產(chǎn)印刷機(jī)械設(shè)備雖已有長足長進(jìn),但與國際先進(jìn)水平相比還存在巨大差距,主要體現(xiàn)在:科研能力弱,產(chǎn)品性能檔次低,數(shù)字化、智能化水平不高。國內(nèi)企業(yè)普遍創(chuàng)新能力不足,自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)薄弱,因此提高國產(chǎn)印刷機(jī)械設(shè)備的創(chuàng)新能力是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。在創(chuàng)新設(shè)計中,企業(yè)的技術(shù)人員經(jīng)常被多種方案的決策問題困惑。本文針對如何客觀、準(zhǔn)確、快速選擇創(chuàng)新設(shè)計方案的問題,研究了印刷機(jī)械創(chuàng)新設(shè)計方案評價體系。 構(gòu)建基于TRIZ的印刷機(jī)械創(chuàng)新設(shè)計方案評價體系。在機(jī)械設(shè)計方案評價理論的基礎(chǔ)上,首次將價值工程、TRIZ結(jié)合提出價值理想度評價方法。根據(jù)印刷機(jī)械的特點(diǎn)和TRIZ的39個工程參數(shù),提出印刷機(jī)械的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計方案的評價指標(biāo);以價值理想度和層次分析法為理論,建立各自數(shù)學(xué)模型,以真值表法和誤差分析法為方法建立結(jié)果校正模型,構(gòu)建印刷機(jī)械創(chuàng)新設(shè)計方案評價體系。 以印刷機(jī)械創(chuàng)新設(shè)計方案評價體系為理論依據(jù),在MATLAB環(huán)境下,開發(fā)印刷機(jī)械創(chuàng)新設(shè)計方案評價平臺。在AutoCAD軟件的VBA環(huán)境下,建立了涵蓋面廣、直觀化、多樣化的創(chuàng)新方案設(shè)計庫。 研究了噴墨頭的分類及工作原理,,以數(shù)字印刷的發(fā)泡式噴墨頭為例進(jìn)行評價,分析評價結(jié)果,并在AutoCAD/VBA開發(fā)的創(chuàng)新方案設(shè)計系統(tǒng)內(nèi)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新方案生成。
[Abstract]:Although domestic printing machinery and equipment have made great progress, there is still a huge gap compared with the international advanced level, mainly reflected in: weak scientific research ability, low grade of product performance, digitization, low level of intelligence. The innovation ability of domestic enterprises is insufficient, and the independent intellectual property is weak. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the innovation ability of domestic printing machinery and equipment. In the innovation design, the technical personnel of the enterprise are often confused by the decision-making problem of many kinds of schemes. Aiming at the problem of how to choose innovative design scheme objectively, accurately and quickly, this paper studies the evaluation system of innovative design scheme of printing machinery. The evaluation system of innovative design scheme of printing machinery based on TRIZ is constructed. On the basis of the evaluation theory of mechanical design scheme, the value ideality evaluation method is put forward by combining value engineering and TRIZ for the first time. According to the characteristics of printing machinery and 39 engineering parameters of TRIZ, the evaluation index of innovative design scheme of printing machinery is put forward. Based on the theory of ideality of value and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), each mathematical model is established, and the result correction model is established by means of truth table method and error analysis method, and the evaluation system of innovative design scheme for printing machinery is constructed. Based on the evaluation system of innovative design scheme of printing machinery, the evaluation platform of innovative design scheme of printing machinery is developed under the environment of MATLAB. Under the VBA environment of AutoCAD software, an innovative design library with wide coverage, visualization and diversity is established. In this paper, the classification and working principle of ink jet head are studied. Taking the bubble ink jet head of digital printing as an example, the evaluation results are analyzed, and the innovation scheme is generated in the innovative scheme design system developed by AutoCAD/VBA.
