【摘要】：隨著各國經(jīng)濟的不斷的發(fā)展與模式的不斷創(chuàng)新,生產(chǎn)資料逐漸在全球范圍內(nèi)共享,而改變生產(chǎn)方式是獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的關(guān)鍵,自主創(chuàng)新能力已經(jīng)成為衡量一個國家或地區(qū)綜合實力的重要標準,提高自主創(chuàng)新能力,對于一國是否能夠應對開放經(jīng)濟條件下的市場挑戰(zhàn)十分關(guān)鍵。而影響自主創(chuàng)新能力的因素多種多樣,比如外商直接投資(FDI),其中本文在研究FDI時,引入了研究與發(fā)展(RD),起到了協(xié)調(diào)作用。根據(jù)整理相關(guān)文獻了解到,FDI、RD對提升自主創(chuàng)新能力至關(guān)重要,除此之外,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護程度也會對FDI、RD與自主創(chuàng)新之間的關(guān)系產(chǎn)生影響。但是目前有關(guān)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護、FDI和自主創(chuàng)新三者之間關(guān)系的研究甚少,尤其是在引入了 RD對自主創(chuàng)新的影響后,相關(guān)文獻更少,主要由于我國的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護水平相比于發(fā)達國家較弱,已落后于發(fā)達國家,具有研究價值的文獻較少。在研究以上幾者之間的關(guān)系時,可參考的外國文獻有限。因此在此背景下,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護程度越高,FDI、RD是否更能夠促進我國自主創(chuàng)新能力的提高并獲得競爭優(yōu)勢,已成為學術(shù)研究和行業(yè)發(fā)展所關(guān)注的焦點。本文首先對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護、FDI、RD以及自主創(chuàng)新能力進行界定和細分,并據(jù)此分析了 FDI、RD對自主創(chuàng)新的影響以及在知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護下,FDI、RD對自主創(chuàng)新的影響,然后提出相關(guān)研究假設,再以我國22個省的2005年-2014年的數(shù)據(jù)為研究對象,采用面板數(shù)據(jù)回歸模型,通過計量回歸模型來檢驗論證了前文所提假設是否正確。結(jié)果表明,FDI對我國自主創(chuàng)新能力存在促進作用,RD能夠促進我國自主創(chuàng)新能力的提升,在其他條件不變的情況下,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護程度越高,FDI、RD越能促進我國自主創(chuàng)新能力的提高。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the national economy and innovation of the mode of production, the means of production are gradually shared around the world, and changing the mode of production is the key to gain competitive advantage. The ability of independent innovation has become an important criterion to measure the comprehensive strength of a country or a region. Improving the ability of independent innovation is crucial to whether a country can cope with the market challenges under the conditions of an open economy. However, there are many factors affecting the ability of independent innovation, such as foreign direct investment (FDI), in which the research and development of (RD), play a coordinating role in the study of foreign direct investment (FDI). According to the relevant literature, FDI,RD is very important to improve the ability of independent innovation. In addition, the degree of intellectual property protection will also affect the relationship between FDI,RD and independent innovation. However, at present, there is little research on the relationship among intellectual property protection, FDI and independent innovation, especially after the introduction of RD to independent innovation, the related literature is even less. The protection level of intellectual property in our country is weaker than that in developed countries, which has lagged behind developed countries, and there are few literatures with research value. In the study of the relationship between the above, there is limited reference to foreign literature. Therefore, in this context, the higher the degree of intellectual property protection, whether FDI,RD can promote the improvement of independent innovation ability and gain competitive advantage has become the focus of academic research and industry development. This paper firstly defines and subdivides the protection of intellectual property rights, FDI,RD and independent innovation ability, and then analyzes the influence of FDI,RD on independent innovation and the influence of FDI,RD on independent innovation under the protection of intellectual property rights. Then put forward the relevant research hypothesis, then take the data of 22 provinces of our country from 2005 to 2014 as the research object, adopt the panel data regression model, through the econometric regression model to verify whether the hypothesis mentioned above is correct or not. The results show that FDI can promote the ability of independent innovation in China, and RD can promote the ability of independent innovation in China. Under the same other conditions, the higher the degree of protection of intellectual property rights, the higher the level of FDI,. The more RD can promote the improvement of our independent innovation ability.
