液晶電視高能效整合電源設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代社會(huì)能源日益緊張,提供低功耗、高能效的電器產(chǎn)品是社會(huì)與消費(fèi)者的需求,是政府的導(dǎo)向,也是企業(yè)的責(zé)任與義務(wù)。對(duì)液晶電視而言,提高電源系統(tǒng)的轉(zhuǎn)換效率與集成度、降低電視待機(jī)功率是實(shí)現(xiàn)低功耗、高能效的重要途徑。 LED (Light Emitting Diode發(fā)光二極管)背光控制及顯示技術(shù)憑借節(jié)能環(huán)保、顯示效果出色等優(yōu)點(diǎn)已經(jīng)全面取代CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp冷陰極螢光燈管),在現(xiàn)階段液晶電視產(chǎn)品上普遍使用。而高性價(jià)比的LED驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)是支撐LED顯示技術(shù)的重要內(nèi)容,如何開發(fā)出高效,節(jié)能的LED驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)成為業(yè)界各大廠家追逐的重點(diǎn)目標(biāo)。 目前的LED電視產(chǎn)品的供電多采用電源部分和LED驅(qū)動(dòng)部分分立實(shí)現(xiàn)的方式,且中大尺寸產(chǎn)品電源部分均采用多級(jí)電能轉(zhuǎn)換(兩級(jí)或三級(jí)),因而不可避免地帶來了電能利用效率降低與電路中電子、磁性等元器件使用過多的問題。此外,目前LED電視產(chǎn)品LED驅(qū)動(dòng)部分普遍采用國外廠商提供的專用控制芯片,在一定程度上對(duì)國內(nèi)電視廠商形成了技術(shù)壁壘。 本文對(duì)課題的研究背景和國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀做了簡(jiǎn)要的概述;介紹了與課題相關(guān)的基本理論;以“高效節(jié)能”的設(shè)計(jì)主題為指導(dǎo),重點(diǎn)研究高能效整合電源設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)LED背光液晶電視電源部分與LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電路的整合設(shè)計(jì)。最后通過硬件實(shí)現(xiàn)和性能測(cè)試,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了“整合設(shè)計(jì)”和“高效節(jié)能”,并在設(shè)計(jì)中實(shí)現(xiàn)了以下創(chuàng)新:通過減少電能轉(zhuǎn)換級(jí)數(shù)的電路架構(gòu)并優(yōu)化LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電路的方式來提高電能利用效率和系統(tǒng)的集成化程度,符合業(yè)界和整個(gè)社會(huì)對(duì)于高能效產(chǎn)品的需要與追求;同時(shí),采用基于通用PWM (Pulse Width Modulation脈沖寬度調(diào)制)控制芯片的LED驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)來代替專用的LED驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片,提高國內(nèi)LED驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)的自主化和國產(chǎn)化程度。主要表現(xiàn)在以下方面: (1)電源整合設(shè)計(jì):采用了創(chuàng)新高效的單級(jí)PFC (Power Factor Correction功率因素校正)電路架構(gòu),僅采用一級(jí)電能轉(zhuǎn)換實(shí)現(xiàn)了傳統(tǒng)方案中三級(jí)電能轉(zhuǎn)換才能實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,提高了系統(tǒng)集成度與電能轉(zhuǎn)換效率。 (2)驅(qū)動(dòng)整合設(shè)計(jì):在LED驅(qū)動(dòng)方面,自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的LED電壓疊加技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了驅(qū)動(dòng)電路的整合。 (3)基于通用PWM控制芯片的全功能LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電路設(shè)計(jì):突破上游廠商和國外芯片廠家的技術(shù)壁壘,開發(fā)了具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的高效節(jié)能的LED一體化驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù),使得LED驅(qū)動(dòng)部分的電路結(jié)構(gòu)選擇、相關(guān)控制與保護(hù)功能可以自主地進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),提高了國內(nèi)LED驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)的自主化和國產(chǎn)化程度 (4)動(dòng)態(tài)掃描多路LED控制技術(shù):在電視整機(jī)產(chǎn)品的能效、2D/3D畫質(zhì)與功能方面的技術(shù)自主化程度有了大幅提高,大大降低了對(duì)上游液晶屏廠商與相應(yīng)的芯片設(shè)計(jì)廠商的依賴程度。 本論文的理論推導(dǎo)和設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn),為液晶電視提供高能效整合電源,為后續(xù)“高效節(jié)能”設(shè)計(jì)方面的進(jìn)一步研究和推廣奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The modern society energy is increasingly tense, providing low power consumption, high energy efficiency of electrical products is the needs of the society and consumers, is the guidance of the government, but also the responsibility and obligation of the enterprise. For LCD TV, improving the conversion efficiency and integration of the power supply system and reducing the standby power is an important way to achieve low power consumption and high energy efficiency. LED (Light Emitting Diode (Light emitting Diode) backlight control and display technology has completely replaced CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp cold cathode fluorescent tubes with the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection, excellent display effect, etc.), it is widely used in liquid crystal TV products at this stage. And the cost-effective LED driver technology is an important part of supporting LED display technology. How to develop an efficient and energy-efficient LED driver technology has become the key goal pursued by the major manufacturers in the industry. At present, the power supply of LED TV products is mostly realized by the separation of the power supply part and the LED driver part, and the power supply part of the medium and large size products adopts multi-stage power conversion (two-or three-stage). Therefore, it is inevitable to reduce the efficiency of power utilization and the excessive use of electronic, magnetic and other components in the circuit. In addition, at present, the special control chip provided by foreign manufacturers is widely used in the LED driver part of LED TV products, which forms a technical barrier to domestic TV manufacturers to a certain extent. This paper gives a brief overview of the research background and current situation at home and abroad, and introduces the basic theories related to the subject. Guided by the design theme of "high efficiency and energy saving", this paper focuses on the design of high energy efficiency integrated power supply to realize the integration of LED backlit LCD TV power supply and LED driver circuit. Finally, through hardware implementation and performance testing, the "integrated design" and "efficient energy saving" are truly realized. The following innovations have been realized in the design: to improve the efficiency of power utilization and the integration of the system by reducing the circuit structure of the power conversion series and optimizing the LED driving circuit. Meet the needs and aspirations of the industry and society as a whole for energy-efficient products; At the same time, the design of LED driver based on universal PWM (Pulse Width Modulation (pulse width modulation) control chip is used to replace the special LED driver chip to improve the independence and localization of the domestic LED driver technology. The main performances are as follows: (1) Power supply integration design: using innovative and efficient single-stage PFC (Power Factor Correction power factor correction) circuit architecture, Only one-stage power conversion is used to realize the function of three-stage power conversion in the traditional scheme, which improves the system integration and power conversion efficiency. (2) driver integration design: in the aspect of LED driver, LED voltage superposition technology based on independent intellectual property is used to realize the integration of driving circuit. (3) the design of full-function LED driver circuit based on universal PWM control chip: break through the technical barriers of upstream manufacturers and foreign chip manufacturers, and develop the efficient and energy-saving integrated LED driving technology with independent intellectual property rights. So that the circuit structure of the LED driver can be selected, and the related control and protection functions can be designed and implemented independently. Improved the degree of autonomy and localization of domestic LED driving technology (4) dynamic scanning multi-channel LED control technology: the efficiency of the whole TV product, the quality and function of 2D/3D picture technology has greatly improved the degree of technological autonomy. Greatly reduced the degree of dependence on upstream LCD manufacturers and the corresponding chip design manufacturers. The theoretical derivation and design realization of this paper provide high energy efficiency integrated power for LCD TV, and lay a foundation for further research and promotion of "high efficiency and energy saving" design.
