【摘要】：知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,對于突破產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的地理間隔與協(xié)作局限,整合知識產(chǎn)權(quán)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的"軟體",以支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)空間集聚范圍內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)提升、發(fā)展模式轉(zhuǎn)型之"硬體"技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,具有重大意義。為推進并深化基于產(chǎn)業(yè)空間集聚的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,須構(gòu)建涵蓋知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的內(nèi)容、構(gòu)成要素、運行機制三方面的制度體系,使產(chǎn)業(yè)空間集聚的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的制度激勵功能與協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的知識共享機制之間,達到更優(yōu)的系統(tǒng)匹配度,進而實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的集約化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The collaborative innovation of intellectual property rights can break through the geographical separation and cooperation limitation of industrial agglomeration areas and integrate the "soft body" of collaborative innovation of intellectual property rights, so as to support the upgrading of industrial structure within the scope of industrial spatial agglomeration. The technological innovation of "hardware" in the transformation of development mode is of great significance. In order to promote and deepen the collaborative innovation of intellectual property rights based on industrial spatial agglomeration, it is necessary to construct a system that covers the content, constituent elements and operating mechanism of intellectual property rights, so as to make the scale economic effect of industrial spatial agglomeration. Between the institutional incentive function of intellectual property rights and the knowledge sharing mechanism of collaborative innovation, the system matching degree is better, and then the intensive development of industrial agglomeration area can be realized.
