油品調(diào)合技術(shù)服務(wù)與管理平臺的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著國際原油價格不斷上漲、加工成本不斷提高、環(huán)保的要求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不斷增加,煉化企業(yè)面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。為了滿足煉油企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展變化的業(yè)務(wù)需求,迫切需要提高油品調(diào)合技術(shù)水平。通過國內(nèi)外近二十年的發(fā)展實踐,該技術(shù)已經(jīng)非常成熟,國內(nèi)的油品調(diào)合項目也相繼實施上線,但如何解決后期運(yùn)維過程中出現(xiàn)的各種狀況、統(tǒng)一規(guī)范各煉化企業(yè)油品調(diào)合系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用是高級管理層所關(guān)注的重要問題。 本文調(diào)查研究油品調(diào)合系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,分析油品調(diào)合系統(tǒng)的管理需求,根據(jù)煉油企業(yè)現(xiàn)有管理及信息化條件,運(yùn)用計算機(jī)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)開發(fā)技術(shù),使用Asp.net開發(fā)工具,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)一個技術(shù)服務(wù)與管理的平臺,解決油品調(diào)合系統(tǒng)上線后的運(yùn)維、技術(shù)支持、管理考核等問題。該平臺以信息采集、運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)控、生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)管理、生產(chǎn)績效考核、運(yùn)維知識庫、在線服務(wù)及技術(shù)交流為主要實現(xiàn)內(nèi)容,滿足高級管理層對各煉化企業(yè)油品調(diào)合系統(tǒng)的統(tǒng)一管理、績效考核需求,為逐步實現(xiàn)自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的油品調(diào)合系統(tǒng)的形成與發(fā)展奠定一定基礎(chǔ),具有很強(qiáng)的應(yīng)用價值,同時也為類似信息系統(tǒng)的管理提供借鑒和指導(dǎo)。 論文首先論述了系統(tǒng)的研究背景、意義、現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容和需求,然后重點介紹了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和具體實現(xiàn)。從系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)目標(biāo)、思路和系統(tǒng)分析等入手提出了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計方案,然后對系統(tǒng)的功能設(shè)計和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計做了詳細(xì)說明,說明各模塊的實現(xiàn)方法并進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)測試。通過系統(tǒng)測試后的總結(jié)中指出了系統(tǒng)的不足并進(jìn)行了客觀的評估。
[Abstract]:With the international crude oil price rising, processing costs increasing, environmental protection requirements and standards increasing, refining and chemical enterprises are facing severe challenges. In order to meet the developing and changing business needs of oil refining enterprises, it is urgent to improve the blending technology level of oil products. Through nearly two decades of development and practice at home and abroad, the technology has become very mature, and domestic oil blending projects have also been put on line one after another, but how to solve the various situations in the process of late operation and maintenance, It is an important issue for senior management to unify and standardize the application of oil blending system in refineries and chemical enterprises. This paper investigates and studies the application status of oil blending system, analyzes the management requirements of oil blending system, according to the existing management and information conditions of oil refining enterprises, uses computer application system development technology, and uses Asp.net development tools. A technical service and management platform is designed and implemented to solve the problems of operation and maintenance, technical support and management assessment of oil blending system. The platform mainly includes information collection, operation status monitoring, production business management, production performance appraisal, operation and maintenance knowledge base, on-line service and technology exchange. To meet the needs of the senior management on the unified management and performance appraisal of the oil blending system in the refining and chemical enterprises, and to lay a certain foundation for the formation and development of the oil blending system with independent intellectual property rights gradually, it has strong application value. At the same time, it also provides reference and guidance for the management of similar information systems. In this paper, the research background, significance, current situation, research contents and requirements of the system are discussed firstly, and then the design, key technology and implementation of the system are introduced in detail. The overall design scheme of the system is put forward from the point of view of the realization goal, train of thought and system analysis of the system. Then the function design and database design of the system are explained in detail, the realization method of each module is explained, and the system test is carried out. The shortcomings of the system are pointed out in the summary after the system test and the objective evaluation is made.
