【摘要】：以提升中小微企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)造能力為研究對象,從中小微企業(yè)自身出發(fā),在理論研究與實際調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上探究企業(yè)自身的內(nèi)在因素與知識產(chǎn)權(quán)產(chǎn)出的相互關(guān)系,系統(tǒng)分析知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理機構(gòu)、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才、企業(yè)家意識、激勵機制4個內(nèi)部因素對中小微企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)造能力的作用效果,并從中小微企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理的角度提出若干更具操作性、更符合企業(yè)發(fā)展實際的對策建議,為中小微企業(yè)提升知識產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)造能力提供重要的實證研究支撐。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the intellectual property creation ability of small and medium-sized micro-enterprises as the research object, starting from the small-and medium-sized micro-enterprises themselves, on the basis of theoretical research and practical investigation data, this paper explores the relationship between the internal factors of enterprises themselves and the output of intellectual property rights. This paper systematically analyzes the effects of four internal factors, namely, intellectual property management organization, intellectual property talents, entrepreneur consciousness and incentive mechanism, on the intellectual property rights creation ability of small and medium-sized micro-enterprises. From the point of view of internal management of small and medium-sized micro-enterprises, some suggestions are put forward, which are more operational and in line with the actual development of enterprises, and provide important empirical research support for small-and medium-sized micro-enterprises to promote intellectual property creation ability.
