【摘要】：運(yùn)用ISM方法建立解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型分析影響因素間的層次結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系,找出影響中小企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)托管的直接影響因素、間接影響因素和根本影響因素,有利于認(rèn)識(shí)影響中小企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)托管的主要影響因素及其要素間的相互關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:政府監(jiān)管力度、侵權(quán)處罰力度、法律政策以及服務(wù)體系是知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)托管的最根本影響因素,在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)托管模式的實(shí)際推廣中應(yīng)重點(diǎn)改善,以促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)積極地參與實(shí)施知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)托管。
[Abstract]:The ISM method is used to establish the interpretive structure model to analyze the hierarchical relationship between the influencing factors, to find out the direct, indirect and fundamental influencing factors that affect the intellectual property trusteeship of small and medium-sized enterprises. It is beneficial to understand the main influencing factors and the relationship among the factors that affect the intellectual property trusteeship of small and medium-sized enterprises. The results show that government supervision, tort punishment, legal policy and service system are the most fundamental influencing factors of intellectual property trusteeship, and should be improved in the practical promotion of intellectual property trusteeship mode. In order to promote small and medium-sized enterprises to actively participate in the implementation of intellectual property trusteeship.
