基于ARM和FPGA的NAVTEX接收機(jī)研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:NAVTEX(奈伏泰斯)系統(tǒng)是以窄帶直接印字電報(bào)(NBDP)的方式發(fā)送和自動(dòng)接收航行警告、氣象警告和緊急信息(統(tǒng)稱海上安全信息)的系統(tǒng),為保證船舶的安全航行發(fā)揮著極其關(guān)鍵的作用。目前,國外的NAVTEX技術(shù)已經(jīng)非常成熟,而國內(nèi)的起步時(shí)間相對(duì)較晚,自行研制并通過中國船級(jí)社CCS認(rèn)證的NAVTEX接收機(jī)很少;隨著海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及國內(nèi)中文NAVTEX接收機(jī)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)施,開發(fā)擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)并且能接收中文信息的NAVTEX接收機(jī)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文通過對(duì)NAVTEX系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的介紹,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室原有的研究基礎(chǔ)上提出了基于ARM和FPGA的NAVTEX接收機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方案。系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)格按照國際及國內(nèi)NAVTEX接收機(jī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研制和開發(fā),支持中英雙語系統(tǒng),可接收518/486/490/4209.5kHz四頻點(diǎn)的NAVTEX信息。 系統(tǒng)采用以ARM+FPGA為主架構(gòu)的硬件平臺(tái),輔以相應(yīng)的接口通信、設(shè)備電源、存儲(chǔ)模塊等電路,軟件采用基于Linux操作系統(tǒng)的嵌入式開發(fā)環(huán)境。本系統(tǒng)具有通用性強(qiáng)、模塊化開發(fā)等特點(diǎn),便于進(jìn)行后端功能性的升級(jí)和擴(kuò)展。 系統(tǒng)采用軟件無線電技術(shù),用數(shù)字解調(diào)替代傳統(tǒng)模擬解調(diào),增加了系統(tǒng)的靈活性和可升級(jí)性;用彩色液晶LCD顯示文本信息的方式更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了人機(jī)交互;采用多線程的任務(wù)管理模式和數(shù)據(jù)庫的文件管理系統(tǒng)來保證和提高系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)性和穩(wěn)定性;實(shí)時(shí)的INS通信保證了NAVTEX接收機(jī)對(duì)各種信息的即時(shí)更新,提高了船舶航行的安全性。 通過自行研制的NAVTEX驗(yàn)證平臺(tái)的實(shí)際測試,本文所設(shè)計(jì)的基于ARM和FPGA的NAVTEX接收機(jī)已經(jīng)能正常工作,測試結(jié)果表明:接收機(jī)能成功接收中英文的NAVTEX信息,在-110dbm的發(fā)射信號(hào)強(qiáng)度下,英文NAVTEX信息接收誤碼率在4%以下,中文NAVTEX信息接收誤碼率在1%以下,接收機(jī)靈敏度和功能滿足NAVTEX接收機(jī)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:The NAVTEX system is a system that sends and automatically receives navigational warnings, meteorological warnings and emergency information (collectively referred to as maritime safety information) by means of narrow band direct telegram (NBDP). In order to ensure the safe navigation of ships plays an extremely critical role. At present, the foreign NAVTEX technology has been very mature, but the domestic start time is relatively late, the NAVTEX receiver developed by ourselves and certified by CCS of China Classification Society is few; With the development of marine economy and the implementation of national standards for Chinese NAVTEX receivers, it is of great practical significance to develop NAVTEX receivers with independent intellectual property rights and the ability to receive Chinese information. This paper introduces the development of NAVTEX system and puts forward the design scheme of NAVTEX receiver based on ARM and FPGA based on the original research in laboratory. The system is developed strictly in accordance with the international and domestic NAVTEX receiver standards. It supports bilingual systems in Chinese and English, and can receive NAVTEX information from four frequency points of 518/486/490/4209.5kHz. The system adopts the hardware platform based on ARM FPGA, supplemented by the corresponding interface communication, equipment power supply, storage module and so on. The software adopts the embedded development environment based on the Linux operating system. The system has the characteristics of generality, modularization, etc. It is convenient to upgrade and extend the back-end function. The system adopts software radio technology, replaces the traditional analog demodulation with digital demodulation, increases the flexibility and scalability of the system, and realizes better man-machine interaction by displaying text information with color liquid crystal LCD. The multithread task management mode and the database file management system are adopted to ensure and improve the real-time and stability of the system, and the real-time INS communication ensures the NAVTEX receiver to update all kinds of information immediately and improves the safety of ship navigation. Through the actual test of the self-developed NAVTEX verification platform, the NAVTEX receiver based on ARM and FPGA designed in this paper has been able to work normally. The test results show that the receiver can receive NAVTEX information in both Chinese and English successfully, and under the intensity of-110dbm transmission signal, The error rate of English NAVTEX information is less than 4%, and that of Chinese NAVTEX information is less than 1%. The sensitivity and function of the receiver meet the national standard of NAVTEX receiver.
