【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟的蓬勃發(fā)展和各國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)意識的不斷增強，知識產(chǎn)權(quán)越來越被各國家所重視。在新時期下，知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的發(fā)展程度也是各國綜合國力的有效體現(xiàn)。知識的積累與應用已經(jīng)成為促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主要因素和國家參與全球經(jīng)濟的核心競爭優(yōu)勢�！秶抑R產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略綱要》指出，要充分發(fā)揮高等學校在知識產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)造中所發(fā)揮的重要作用，，加大力度引導高校進行知識產(chǎn)權(quán)成果向市場轉(zhuǎn)化，構(gòu)建科學的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)價值評估體系。從綱要中可以看出，我國對高校在知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略中的地位給予了充分的肯定。目前，我國有兩千余所高等院校，大部分擁有完備的實驗室和科研機構(gòu)。然而各高校的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的作用卻沒有得到充分的發(fā)揮，其主要原因在于沒有良好的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)意識，忽略了知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的實際價值，以至于高校知識產(chǎn)權(quán)未能科學的進行定價，致使國家權(quán)益無法得到保障，對高校知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了嚴重的影響。為了加快我國高校知識產(chǎn)權(quán)事業(yè)的發(fā)展，當務之急應解決如何對高校知識產(chǎn)權(quán)科學合理的定價，以保障國家的權(quán)益和促進社會的發(fā)展。 本文首先分析了研究的背景、目的、意義和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，然后就高校知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的含義、特征和相關的理論基礎做了一定程度的概述。在此基礎上分析成本法、收益法、市場法等定價方法的適用性。在綜合現(xiàn)有的方法優(yōu)勢的基礎上，根據(jù)在評估中針對其價值產(chǎn)生影響的因素建立模型，并對模型中各項系數(shù)進行確定。最后通過實證舉例對模型進行驗證，使論文具有一定的理論意義和實踐價值。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of the global economy and the increasing awareness of intellectual property rights, intellectual property rights have been paid more and more attention. In the new period, the development of intellectual property rights is also an effective reflection of the comprehensive national strength of various countries. The accumulation and application of knowledge has become a major factor in promoting economic development and a core competitive advantage for countries to participate in the global economy. It is necessary to give full play to the important role that institutions of higher learning play in the creation of intellectual property rights, strengthen efforts to guide institutions of higher learning to transform the achievements of intellectual property rights into the market, and construct a scientific evaluation system of intellectual property value. It can be seen from the outline that our country has fully affirmed the position of colleges and universities in intellectual property strategy. At present, China has more than 2,000 colleges and universities, most of which have complete laboratories and scientific research institutions. However, the role of intellectual property in colleges and universities has not been given full play, the main reason is that there is no good awareness of intellectual property rights, ignoring the actual value of intellectual property rights, so that university intellectual property rights can not be scientifically priced. As a result, national rights and interests can not be guaranteed, which has a serious impact on the development of intellectual property rights in colleges and universities. In order to speed up the development of intellectual property in colleges and universities in China, it is urgent to solve the problem of how to scientifically and reasonably price the intellectual property rights of colleges and universities in order to protect the rights and interests of the country and promote the development of the society. This paper first analyzes the background, purpose, significance and current situation of research at home and abroad, and then summarizes the meaning, characteristics and related theoretical basis of intellectual property in colleges and universities to a certain extent. On this basis, the cost method, income method, market method and other pricing methods are analyzed. On the basis of synthesizing the advantages of the existing methods, the model is established according to the factors that influence the value of the model in the evaluation, and the coefficients in the model are determined. Finally, the model is verified by an empirical example, which makes the paper have certain theoretical significance and practical value.
