【摘要】：闡述培育公民奧林匹克知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法律意識(shí)的必要性,剖析現(xiàn)階段培育公民奧林匹克知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法律意識(shí)的困境:奧林匹克知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)宣傳途徑單一、制度保障缺乏持續(xù)性、公民法律意識(shí)淡漠、侵權(quán)現(xiàn)象普遍存在。借鑒北京奧運(yùn)期間的保護(hù)舉措與國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出培育我國(guó)公民奧林匹克知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法律意識(shí)的建議:廣泛、持續(xù)開展奧林匹克知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)知識(shí)的宣傳工作;擴(kuò)大奧林匹克知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)教育的對(duì)象和區(qū)域;深化奧林匹克知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)教育層次;普及學(xué)校奧林匹克知識(shí)的系統(tǒng)教育,通過培育公民奧林匹克知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法律意識(shí),促進(jìn)奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)在我國(guó)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the necessity of cultivating citizen's Olympic intellectual property legal consciousness, and analyzes the predicament of cultivating citizen's Olympic intellectual property legal consciousness at the present stage: the Olympic intellectual property rights propagate through a single way, and the system guarantee lacks of sustainability. The citizen legal consciousness is indifferent, the tort phenomenon exists generally. Referring to the protection measures and international experience during the Beijing Olympic Games, the author puts forward some suggestions for cultivating the legal consciousness of the Olympic intellectual property rights of Chinese citizens: widely and continuously carrying out the propaganda work of the Olympic intellectual property rights knowledge; Expanding the object and region of Olympic intellectual property education, deepening the level of Olympic intellectual property education; In order to promote the healthy development of Olympic movement in China, the systematic education of popularizing school Olympic knowledge can foster the legal consciousness of Olympic intellectual property rights of citizens.
