【摘要】：由于新技術(shù)的挑戰(zhàn)使知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護(hù)也延伸至網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間。本文提出了我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)存在的幾個(gè)代表性問題,然后從知識產(chǎn)權(quán)法的角度分析問題存在的原因,并結(jié)合國外知識產(chǎn)權(quán)立法方面的成果和經(jīng)驗(yàn)比較我國的立法的不足。
[Abstract]:Because of the challenge of new technology, the protection of intellectual property also extends to cyberspace. This paper puts forward several representative problems of intellectual property protection under the network environment of our country, and then analyzes the reason of the problem from the angle of intellectual property law. Combined with the achievements and experience of foreign intellectual property legislation to compare the shortcomings of our legislation.
