【摘要】：由于新技術(shù)的挑戰(zhàn)使知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護(hù)也延伸至網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間。本文提出了我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)存在的幾個(gè)代表性問(wèn)題,然后從知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法的角度分析問(wèn)題存在的原因,并結(jié)合國(guó)外知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)立法方面的成果和經(jīng)驗(yàn)比較我國(guó)的立法的不足。
[Abstract]:Because of the challenge of new technology, the protection of intellectual property also extends to cyberspace. This paper puts forward several representative problems of intellectual property protection under the network environment of our country, and then analyzes the reason of the problem from the angle of intellectual property law. Combined with the achievements and experience of foreign intellectual property legislation to compare the shortcomings of our legislation.
