檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利的分析研究

【摘要】：專利分析作為專利信息利用的一種有效方式,是提高企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平、把握市場方向的一條重要途徑。中國是世界上最大的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)國和出口國,目前中國檸檬酸年產(chǎn)能已經(jīng)超過100萬噸,受金融危機(jī)及歐美反傾銷等因素影響,全球的檸檬酸市場競爭異常激烈,只有技術(shù)進(jìn)步才能使企業(yè)在市場競爭中立于不敗之地。對國內(nèi)外包括檸檬酸生產(chǎn)在內(nèi)的行業(yè)技術(shù)方面的專利進(jìn)行分析和研究,具有非常重要的研究意義,我國只有在檸檬酸生產(chǎn)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域?qū)嵤┲R產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù),才能保護(hù)我國檸檬酸產(chǎn)業(yè),并以自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)技術(shù)參與國內(nèi)、國際市場競爭。另外,通過對我國檸檬酸生產(chǎn)的專利技術(shù)與全球范圍內(nèi)該領(lǐng)域?qū)＠夹g(shù)的比較分析,可以了解該領(lǐng)域包含的技術(shù)要點、采用的技術(shù)手段、我國技術(shù)的優(yōu)劣勢,對今后我國在檸檬酸生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)研發(fā)方向和目標(biāo)都具有重要的參考意義,同時還可以避免出現(xiàn)技術(shù)引進(jìn)與輸出時的出現(xiàn)重復(fù)利用他人技術(shù)。 然而,目前國內(nèi)外尚沒有關(guān)于檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利的分析研究。本文應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)全面的ORBIT專利檢索系統(tǒng),在中國專利文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫、德溫特世界專利索引數(shù)據(jù)庫、歐洲專利局專利文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫等世界幾大權(quán)威數(shù)據(jù)庫中對檸檬酸生產(chǎn)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的專利信息進(jìn)行全面的檢索、人工標(biāo)引后,針對該專利所構(gòu)成的技術(shù)發(fā)明點、技術(shù)實施手段,對行業(yè)內(nèi)整體專利情況進(jìn)行分析,并確定技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的核心技術(shù)、專利空白點。同時,分別從全球?qū)＠闆r分析、中國專利情況分析兩部分對申請量、申請類型、區(qū)域?qū)＠植�、技術(shù)發(fā)明點分布、主要申請人等幾個方面進(jìn)行比較研究,并對重點領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的研發(fā)熱點和發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)。最后結(jié)合專利分析結(jié)果,試圖對如何進(jìn)一步提高我國檸檬酸生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、如何使檸檬酸行業(yè)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,提出了一些相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對措施和國家政策方面的建議。 本文主要由五章內(nèi)容構(gòu)成。 第一章本文的研究意義和目的。本章是緒論部分,除了講述本文的研究意義、研究目的外,還詳細(xì)的描述了檢索方法和數(shù)據(jù)去干擾處理方法,并指出本研究的創(chuàng)新點和不足之處。 第二章檸檬酸生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展過程及檸檬酸產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀。本部分是本文的研究背景,主要描述了檸檬酸技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷程、目前國內(nèi)外檸檬酸市場的形式、以及主要的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的情況。 第三章全球范圍內(nèi)檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利的分析。本部分是對全球范圍的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利做了整體申請態(tài)勢分析,包括年度申請量、申請國家、專利權(quán)人、專利類別等要素進(jìn)行分析。 第四章在中國申請的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利分析。本部分針對在中國申請的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利,分別從專利年度發(fā)展趨勢,主要專利權(quán)人申請情況、專利類型、技術(shù)發(fā)明點分布情況、國內(nèi)主要檸檬酸生產(chǎn)廠家申請情況等幾個維度進(jìn)行專利分析。同時還對中國申請人在國外申請的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利情況和外國專利申請人在中國申請的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)專利情況進(jìn)行對比分析,揭示我國在該技術(shù)領(lǐng)域存在的一些問題。 第五章基于專利分析的檸檬酸生產(chǎn)技術(shù)發(fā)展政策建議。本部分是本文的結(jié)論部分,除了總結(jié)此次專利檢索分析的結(jié)果外,提出一些旨在推動我國檸檬酸產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的技術(shù)和政策方面的建議。
