【摘要】：以專利為代表的知識產權的競爭已經在全球范圍內愈演愈烈。而在中國,雖然人們也意識到科技力量是帶動經濟發(fā)展的重要力量,但是專利體制始終需要完善,專利結構也有待優(yōu)化。 本文以浙江企業(yè)為研究對象,對影響其發(fā)明專利申請行為的因素進行了歸類于分析,希望從中找到真正能夠促進其發(fā)明專利申請的因素,并在此基礎上提出對策,優(yōu)化專利結構。我們定義了九大因素,認為其對企業(yè)發(fā)明專利申請行為有重大影響,它們分別是：區(qū)域經濟技術水平、專利制度、專利(申請)意識、企業(yè)專利戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)專利管理、企業(yè)規(guī)模與市場力量、研發(fā)投入、研發(fā)模式和創(chuàng)新障礙。運用探索性因子分析和一階驗證性因素分析,我們找到了測度這些因素的維度,同時,我們從企業(yè)發(fā)明專利數(shù)量的維度對企業(yè)發(fā)明專利申請行為進行測度。在此基礎上,我們用結構方程建模(SEM)測度了這些變量對企業(yè)發(fā)明專利申請行為的影響。得出的結論是,前八個因素都明顯對企業(yè)發(fā)明專利申請行為有促進作用,而創(chuàng)新障礙的存在會減少這種行為,但程度不大。
[Abstract]:The competition of intellectual property, represented by patent, has become more and more intense all over the world. In China, although people also realize that the power of science and technology is an important force to drive economic development, the patent system still needs to be improved, and the patent structure needs to be optimized. Taking Zhejiang enterprise as the research object, this paper classifies and analyzes the factors that affect the behavior of patent application for invention, hoping to find out the factors that can promote the application of invention patent, and then put forward some countermeasures. Optimize the patent structure. We define nine major factors and think that they have great influence on the enterprise's patent application for invention. They are: the level of regional economy and technology, patent system, patent (application) consciousness, enterprise patent strategy, enterprise patent management, etc. Enterprise size and market forces, R & D investment, R & D model and innovation barriers. By using exploratory factor analysis and first-order confirmatory factor analysis, we find out the dimensions to measure these factors. At the same time, we measure the application behavior of enterprise invention patent from the dimension of the number of enterprise invention patents. On this basis, we use structural equation to model (SEM) to measure the influence of these variables on the behavior of enterprise invention patent application. The conclusion is that the first eight factors obviously promote the invention patent application of enterprises, but the existence of innovation barriers will reduce this behavior, but to a small extent.
