【摘要】：21世紀，知識產(chǎn)權將以前所未有的地位在社會發(fā)展中擔任重要的角色。隨著知識產(chǎn)權在國家經(jīng)濟、社會發(fā)展和技術進步中戰(zhàn)略地位的進一步提升，知識產(chǎn)權管理己經(jīng)成為企業(yè)管理的重要組成部分。當前，我國企業(yè)也開始逐漸意識到要想使企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展就必須開展知識產(chǎn)權管理工作，提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力。 本文運用了理論和實踐相結合的方法，首先，對企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權理論和協(xié)同理論進行了系統(tǒng)的闡述，又根據(jù)國家知識產(chǎn)權產(chǎn)權局發(fā)布的調(diào)查統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)，總結出近年來我國企業(yè)在知識產(chǎn)權管理方面取得的成績和存在的問題，問題主要表現(xiàn)在知識產(chǎn)權技術層次低、轉(zhuǎn)化機制不健全、管理制度與機構不完善以及缺乏侵權保護機制等方面；其次，結合我國企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權管理的特點，將戰(zhàn)略、制度、機構、資金以及人員作為系統(tǒng)投入要素，將企業(yè)的知識產(chǎn)權獲取、應用、維護以及日常管理作為系統(tǒng)的運轉(zhuǎn)要素，將企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力、盈利能力以及保護能力作為系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)出要素，構建了我國企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權管理系統(tǒng)，并對其特征及要素進行了分析；再次，基于協(xié)同理論，通過分析系統(tǒng)要素之間的關系，找出對系統(tǒng)的正常運轉(zhuǎn)起決定性作用的序參量；最后，根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的序參量構建我國企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權管理能力提升路徑模型，并提出相應的建議。
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, intellectual property will play an important role in social development with unprecedented status. With the further promotion of the strategic position of intellectual property in the national economy, social development and technological progress, intellectual property management has become an important part of enterprise management. At present, the enterprises in our country begin to realize that in order to make the enterprises develop sustainably, they must carry out the intellectual property management work and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprises. In this paper, the method of combining theory with practice is used. Firstly, the theory of enterprise intellectual property rights and the theory of cooperation are systematically expounded, and then according to the statistical data of investigation issued by the State intellectual property Bureau, This paper summarizes the achievements and problems in intellectual property management of Chinese enterprises in recent years. The main problems are the low level of intellectual property technology and the imperfect transformation mechanism. Imperfect management system and institutions and lack of tort protection mechanism; Secondly, according to the characteristics of intellectual property management in Chinese enterprises, strategy, system, organization, fund and personnel are taken as input elements of system, and the acquisition, application, maintenance and daily management of intellectual property rights of enterprises are taken as the operating elements of the system. Taking the innovation ability, profit ability and protection ability of the enterprise as the output elements of the system, this paper constructs the intellectual property management system of our country's enterprises, and analyzes its characteristics and elements. Thirdly, based on the cooperative theory, the order parameters that play a decisive role in the normal operation of the system are found by analyzing the relationship between the elements of the system. Finally, according to the order parameters of the system, the paper constructs the path model of improving the intellectual property management ability of Chinese enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
