藍(lán)天數(shù)控系統(tǒng)刀具管理模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:數(shù)控機(jī)床作為現(xiàn)代化的加工設(shè)備在制造業(yè)中發(fā)揮的作用愈發(fā)重要,數(shù)控機(jī)床在機(jī)械加工過程中需要使用切削刀具對原材料進(jìn)行加工使之成為用戶所想要的產(chǎn)品工件。數(shù)控機(jī)床加工的工件在產(chǎn)品精準(zhǔn)度上要求相當(dāng)之高,如果由于刀具磨損或壽命問題未及時(shí)更換加工刀具,就會生產(chǎn)出不合乎用戶要求的工件即廢品,這種情況無論對于用戶還是加工廠商來說都是無法容忍的;谏鲜龇N種原因,無論從數(shù)控車間的生產(chǎn)效率方面考慮,還是從產(chǎn)品的精密性和正確性權(quán)衡,數(shù)控機(jī)床對切削刀具的良好管理都至關(guān)重要。 本文利用研究所現(xiàn)有科研資源,,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室承載“高檔數(shù)控機(jī)床與基礎(chǔ)制造裝備”國家科技重大專項(xiàng)的良好科研環(huán)境下,認(rèn)真研究分析國內(nèi)外數(shù)控機(jī)床切削刀具管理方面之現(xiàn)狀,借鑒國際主流的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)在機(jī)床切削刀具管理領(lǐng)域的先進(jìn)技術(shù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn),在本研究所具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的數(shù)控系列產(chǎn)品藍(lán)天數(shù)控系統(tǒng)上,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套刀具管理軟件。在數(shù)控機(jī)床加工過程中,刀具管理模塊不僅能夠完成刀具裝載、卸載、換刀等基本功能,還可以成功的對刀庫和刀具壽命進(jìn)行管理。藍(lán)天數(shù)控系統(tǒng)在產(chǎn)品工件加工過程中可以通過此刀具管理模塊對刀具實(shí)施統(tǒng)一管理,對切削刀具進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,從而保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量以及生產(chǎn)安全,減少工件報(bào)廢和數(shù)控系統(tǒng)宕機(jī)時(shí)間,以達(dá)到提高數(shù)控機(jī)床生產(chǎn)效率的目的。
[Abstract]:As a modern machining equipment, CNC machine tools play an increasingly important role in the manufacturing industry. In the process of machining, NC machine tools need to use cutting tools to process raw materials to make them become products that users want. The precision of the workpieces machined by NC machine tools is quite high. If the tools are not replaced in time because of tool wear or service life problems, the workpieces that do not meet the user's requirements will be produced, that is, scrap products. This situation is intolerable for both the user and the manufacturer. For the above reasons, whether considering the production efficiency of the NC workshop or weighing the accuracy and correctness of the product, the NC machine tool is very important to the good management of the cutting tool. In this paper, the present situation of cutting tool management of CNC machine tools at home and abroad is studied and analyzed under the favorable scientific research environment of "High-grade NC Machine tools and basic Manufacturing Equipments" carried by the existing scientific research resources of the Institute. Referring to the advanced technology and experience of international mainstream NC system in the field of cutting tool management, a set of tool management software is designed and implemented on the blue sky NC system, which has its own intellectual property rights. In the process of NC machine tool machining, the tool management module can not only complete the basic functions of tool loading, unloading and tool changing, but also manage the tool library and tool life successfully. The blue sky NC system can manage the cutting tools in a unified way and monitor the cutting tools in real time through this tool management module, thus ensuring the quality of the products and the safety of production. In order to improve the production efficiency of NC machine tool, the scrap of workpiece and the downtime of NC system are reduced.
