基于專利檢索與分析的轉(zhuǎn)杯紡技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)以來,我國轉(zhuǎn)杯紡技術(shù)發(fā)展迅速,轉(zhuǎn)杯紡設(shè)備適紡纖維范圍不斷擴大,轉(zhuǎn)杯紡產(chǎn)品用途也遍及多個行業(yè)。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,我國現(xiàn)有轉(zhuǎn)杯紡紗機規(guī)模超過300萬頭,約占全球轉(zhuǎn)杯紡設(shè)備總量的1/3,轉(zhuǎn)杯紗占我國紗線總產(chǎn)量的比值逐漸增大,轉(zhuǎn)杯紡紗逐漸成為紡紗產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分。但目前國產(chǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)杯紡設(shè)備仍以半自動轉(zhuǎn)杯紡紗機為主,在自動、高速和智能方面的技術(shù)水平與國際先進水平相比仍有差距,對紡紗元件的新材料、新工藝、新技術(shù)的研發(fā)程度不高。在這種背景下,通過對轉(zhuǎn)杯紡專利的檢索與分析,了解國內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)杯紡技術(shù)的布局和研究現(xiàn)狀,并分析中國轉(zhuǎn)杯紡技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢。本文以轉(zhuǎn)杯紡專利作為研究的出發(fā)點,先對國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局、美國專利商標(biāo)局和歐洲專利局三個專利數(shù)據(jù)庫中的轉(zhuǎn)杯紡專利進行檢索,獲得用于研究分析的轉(zhuǎn)杯紡專利數(shù)據(jù)庫。進而利用三大專利局中的轉(zhuǎn)杯紡專利數(shù)據(jù),從專利申請趨勢、專利授權(quán)趨勢、主要專利權(quán)人、專利被引情況等角度進行定量研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)國外轉(zhuǎn)杯紡技術(shù)研究趨于成熟,目前我國轉(zhuǎn)杯紡正處于技術(shù)成長期,但技術(shù)發(fā)展迅速,具有較大發(fā)展空間,值得深入研究。其次,基于國內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)杯紡專利文獻,對轉(zhuǎn)杯紡紗機按照機構(gòu)予以分類。從專利數(shù)量、專利類型和專利內(nèi)容三個方面對紡紗器、軸承和接頭進行國內(nèi)外的對比分析。結(jié)果表明我國在紡紗器和軸承方面與國外的專利技術(shù)差距較小,但在接頭技術(shù)上的差距較為明顯,主要表現(xiàn)為自動化程度較低和接頭質(zhì)量仍有差異,應(yīng)加強對接頭技術(shù)的研發(fā)。然后,以接頭為主要技術(shù)內(nèi)容,從接頭機械設(shè)備、接頭動作和時間控制兩個方面入手,將國內(nèi)外的轉(zhuǎn)杯紡接頭技術(shù)進行對比研究,分析中國轉(zhuǎn)杯紡接頭技術(shù)的可行發(fā)展軌跡。認(rèn)為轉(zhuǎn)杯紡接頭技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢是發(fā)展具有中國特色的全自動和半自動接頭技術(shù)相結(jié)合的單錠單控模式的接頭設(shè)備。同時也可發(fā)展全自動接頭技術(shù),實現(xiàn)接頭各部件的動作和啟動時間差的連續(xù)控制,實時監(jiān)測和反饋調(diào)節(jié)技術(shù)的研發(fā)及紗線質(zhì)量控制等。最后,轉(zhuǎn)杯紡其他技術(shù)領(lǐng)域中,紡紗器的發(fā)展趨勢是加工工藝和材質(zhì)的優(yōu)化、部件結(jié)構(gòu)的改進并開發(fā)新材料;同時朝著多喂給、多分梳的發(fā)展方向不斷創(chuàng)新。在軸承方面主要研發(fā)非接觸式軸承及高轉(zhuǎn)速下散熱問題的解決。轉(zhuǎn)杯紡產(chǎn)品從純紡到混紡紗、花式紗的轉(zhuǎn)變,產(chǎn)品用途向功能性方向開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the technology of rotor spinning has developed rapidly in our country. According to statistics, there are more than 3 million rotor spinning machines in China, accounting for about 1 / 3 of the total rotor spinning equipment in the world. The ratio of rotor spinning to total yarn output in China is gradually increasing, and rotor spinning has gradually become an important part of spinning industry. However, at present, the domestic rotor spinning equipment is still mainly semi-automatic rotor spinning, and the technical level of automatic, high-speed and intelligent spinning is still far from that of the international advanced level. The level of research and development of new technology is not high. Under this background, through the retrieval and analysis of rotor spinning patent, the layout and research status of rotor spinning technology at home and abroad are understood, and the development trend of rotor spinning technology in China is analyzed. In this paper, the patent of rotor spinning is used as the starting point of the research. Firstly, the patent database of rotor spinning in three patent databases of the National intellectual property Office, the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office is searched, and the database of rotor spinning patent used for research and analysis is obtained. Then, using the patent data of the three patent offices, from the point of view of patent application trend, patent authorization trend, main patentee, patent citation, it is found that the research on rotor spinning technology abroad tends to be mature. At present, the rotor spinning in China is in the technical growth period, but the technology develops rapidly, has the big development space, and is worthy of further study. Secondly, based on the patent documents of rotor spinning at home and abroad, the rotor spinning machine is classified according to the mechanism. This paper makes a comparative analysis of spinning machine, bearing and joint from three aspects of patent quantity, patent type and patent content. The results show that the gap between China and foreign patent technology in spinning and bearing is small, but the gap in joint technology is obvious, which mainly shows that the degree of automation is lower and the quality of joint is still different, so the research and development of joint technology should be strengthened. Then, taking the joint as the main technical content, starting with the joint mechanical equipment, joint action and time control, the domestic and foreign rotor spinning joint technology is comparatively studied, and the feasible development track of the Chinese rotor spinning joint technology is analyzed. It is considered that the development trend of rotor spinning joint technology is to develop the single ingot and single control joint equipment with Chinese characteristics, which combines automatic and semi-automatic joint technology. At the same time, the automatic joint technology can be developed to realize the continuous control of the action and start time difference of each component of the joint, the research and development of real-time monitoring and feedback adjustment technology and yarn quality control, etc. Finally, in other technical fields of rotor spinning, the development trend of spinning is the optimization of processing technology and material, the improvement of component structure and the development of new materials. In bearing research and development of non-contact bearing and high-speed heat-dissipation problem. Rotor spinning products from pure to blended yarn, fancy yarn transformation, product use to functional development.
