裝備制造業(yè)共性技術(shù)研發(fā)組織模式及運行機(jī)制研究
[Abstract]:Since 2000, the competition in the field of technology has become increasingly anxious. Science and technology, as the first productive force, has become the key to the survival of an enterprise, an industry, or even a country. In many technologies, the research and development of common technology has been paid more and more attention. Generic technology is a kind of technology that has been or may be widely used in many fields, and its R & D results can be shared and have a deep impact on one or more industries and their enterprises [1]. Industrial generic technology is generally divided into three categories, namely, basic commonality technology, general commonality technology and key commonality technology. For three different types of common technologies, there are great differences in the selection of participating R & D members, the determination of organizational model, the advance investment and the sharing of benefits. In the process of R & D, the role and position of government in different kinds of industrial generic technology R & D are also different. Generally speaking, most of the scientific research tasks are carried out by the National Institute of Technology, and the research costs are also fully funded by the government or largely determined by the National Institute of Technology. The key industry commonality technology generally adopts special plan or non-governmental organization model to carry on the development research, the investment of the research funds and the distribution of the benefit return of the scientific research result. And the ownership of intellectual property rights in the form of contracts are determined in advance; Finally, the general common technology of industry is mostly the cooperation research and development of enterprises or industries, government production support, or policy encouragement or give the corresponding convenience, but not directly involved. With regard to the research on the research and development organization construction and operation mechanism of common technology in equipment manufacturing industry, our country is still in the exploratory stage. Only by studying a large number of successful cases of western developed countries can we find out the problems existing in our future development. And put forward the solution. Through the research, the organization mode and the corresponding operation mechanism for different kinds of industry common technology are given. On the basis of the case study of common technology research platform of Shenyang University of Technology, it is concluded that our country should perfect and perfect the multi-form and multi-level industrial common technology research and development organization model. Only in this way can the common technology of equipment manufacturing industry be developed vigorously, and the most powerful strategy be laid for revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China.
