【摘要】：發(fā)明專利經(jīng)濟效益評價與推廣路徑的研究對順利實施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略具有重要意義。高創(chuàng)新性、技術(shù)含量高的專利產(chǎn)品能夠從價值鏈獲得更多的份額;專利的應(yīng)用范圍越廣,其專利產(chǎn)品在更多的產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)進行應(yīng)用,能夠替代更多的其他產(chǎn)品,專利相應(yīng)地能夠獲得更多經(jīng)濟效益;專利的市場需求越大,意味著專利產(chǎn)品的潛在用戶越多,能夠占領(lǐng)更多的市場份額,其未來產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟效益越高;依照專利經(jīng)濟效益決定模型對專利進行經(jīng)濟效益評價,選擇具有較高潛在經(jīng)濟效益的發(fā)明專利進行產(chǎn)業(yè)化推廣,其基本路徑選擇有發(fā)明自行產(chǎn)業(yè)化、校企合作產(chǎn)業(yè)化、技術(shù)孵化產(chǎn)業(yè)化、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓產(chǎn)業(yè)化等四種。
[Abstract]:The research of economic benefit evaluation and popularizing path of invention patent is of great significance to implement innovation-driven development strategy smoothly. Patent products with high innovation and high technology content can gain more share from the value chain; the wider the scope of application of patents, the more their patented products can be used in more industries and can replace more other products. The bigger the market demand of patent is, the more potential users of patent products are, and the more market share it can occupy, the higher the economic benefits will be in the future. According to the decision model of patent economic benefit, the economic benefit of patent is evaluated, and the invention patent with higher potential economic benefit is selected for industrialization promotion. The basic path of the evaluation is the industrialization of invention itself and the industrialization of cooperation between school and enterprise. Technology incubation industrialization, technology transfer industrialization and so on four kinds.
