跨組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的知識流動性與知識專屬性對創(chuàng)新績效的影響研究

【摘要】：文章針對中小型創(chuàng)新企業(yè)的特點(diǎn),以復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的視角,對京津冀地區(qū)358個中小企業(yè)進(jìn)行調(diào)研和分析,結(jié)果顯示中小型企業(yè)相比局部學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)來說,更愿意與以市場為基礎(chǔ)的利益相關(guān)者建立市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)系,也就是與供應(yīng)商的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化更有利于創(chuàng)新性。盡管與局部學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的交互有限,但局部學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的研發(fā)外包有利于創(chuàng)新。那些非正式知識產(chǎn)權(quán),與正式的版權(quán)和商標(biāo)一樣,都會增加創(chuàng)新性。這些正式和非正式的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)方法增強(qiáng)了知識專屬性,對于利益相關(guān)者來說,提供了創(chuàng)新的保障,降低了知識共享的顧慮,然而從復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的角度來說,知識專屬性對于知識的流動起到了阻礙的作用,阻礙創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立起一個積極的反饋循環(huán)系統(tǒng),阻礙了分散的知識聚集到一起進(jìn)行突破性的創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of small and medium-sized innovative enterprises, this paper investigates and analyzes 358 small and medium-sized enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from the perspective of complex system. The results show that the small and medium-sized enterprises compare with the local learning network. More willing to establish market network with market-based stakeholders, that is, networking with suppliers is more conducive to innovation. Although interaction with local learning networks is limited, R & D outsourcing in local learning networks is conducive to innovation. Those informal intellectual property rights, like formal copyrights and trademarks, add innovation. These formal and informal approaches to intellectual property protection enhance knowledge specificity, provide innovative safeguards for stakeholders and reduce concerns about knowledge sharing, but from a complex system perspective, Knowledge specificity hinders the flow of knowledge, hinders the innovation network to set up a positive feedback loop system, and prevents the scattered knowledge to gather together to carry on the breakthrough innovation.
