我國(guó)首艘6000kW海洋油田增產(chǎn)船的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:根據(jù)海上油田增產(chǎn)作業(yè)的實(shí)際需求,自行設(shè)計(jì)并建造了具備自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的我國(guó)首艘6 000 kW海洋油田增產(chǎn)船,在船型總體設(shè)計(jì)、增產(chǎn)設(shè)備選型、增產(chǎn)設(shè)備穩(wěn)性計(jì)算、增產(chǎn)液艙及供液接口設(shè)計(jì)、增產(chǎn)流程控制等方面取得了創(chuàng)新突破,實(shí)現(xiàn)了不占用海上平臺(tái)面積、不需改造平臺(tái)甲板的目標(biāo),避免了吊裝擺放增產(chǎn)設(shè)備和交叉作業(yè),提供了較以往更經(jīng)濟(jì)快速、質(zhì)量更穩(wěn)定的油田增產(chǎn)服務(wù)模式,極大降低了平臺(tái)作業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。曹妃甸11-1油田現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用表明,該增產(chǎn)船增產(chǎn)設(shè)備可最大限度地提高油藏采收率,能高效開發(fā)邊際油田,提升油田開發(fā)效益,降低作業(yè)綜合費(fèi)用。
[Abstract]:According to the actual demand of offshore oil field production, the first 6 000 kW offshore oil field production ship with independent intellectual property rights has been designed and built in our country. The overall design of ship type, the selection of production increasing equipment, and the calculation of the stability of production increasing equipment are carried out. Innovative breakthroughs have been made in the design of the tank and liquid supply interface, the control of the production process, and the realization of the goal of not occupying the area of the offshore platform and the need to transform the deck of the platform, thus avoiding the hoisting and placing of the production increasing equipment and the cross operation. It provides a more economical, faster and more stable service mode for oil field production and greatly reduces the risk of platform operation. The field application of Caofeidian 11-1 oilfield shows that the equipment can increase the oil recovery to the maximum extent, develop the marginal oil field efficiently, promote the development benefit and reduce the comprehensive cost of operation.
