【摘要】：近年來我國農(nóng)業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護工作取得了可喜成績,促進了新時期農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,但由于起步較晚還存在著整體保護意識較差、法制建設(shè)落后、管理機制不健全、市場培育機制不成熟be問題。為了提高農(nóng)業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護的有效性,促進現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的實現(xiàn),我國一方面要加強農(nóng)業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護的宣傳教育,強化法制建設(shè),另一方面要在完善制度管理的基礎(chǔ)上,積極培育農(nóng)業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的市場交易機制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the protection of agricultural intellectual property rights in China has made gratifying achievements and promoted the transformation and development of agricultural economy in the new period. However, due to the relatively late start of the whole protection consciousness, the legal system construction is backward, the management mechanism is not perfect. Market cultivation mechanism immature be problem. In order to improve the effectiveness of agricultural intellectual property protection and promote the realization of modern agriculture, on the one hand, our country should strengthen the propaganda and education of agricultural intellectual property protection, strengthen the construction of legal system, on the other hand, on the basis of perfecting the system management, Actively cultivate the market trading mechanism of agricultural intellectual property rights.
