【摘要】：隨著地球上資源短缺的日益加劇，世界不少國(guó)家都投入了大量的人力與資金竭力發(fā)展太空探索事業(yè)以求占得先機(jī)。太空科技的發(fā)展使人類突破了大氣層的隔膜從而奔向宇宙，太空探索的哲學(xué)意義在于，不僅擴(kuò)大了人類的認(rèn)識(shí)對(duì)象，提高了認(rèn)識(shí)能力，而且改變了人的思維方式和科學(xué)研究方法，進(jìn)一步印證了世界的可知性和事物發(fā)展的非線性。但太空探索在為人類帶來新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇的同時(shí)，也可能帶給人類新的倫理問題。如：太空資源的軍事利用與和平目的問題、太空資源的人類共有與“先登先占”問題、太空探索數(shù)據(jù)的共享與知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)問題、航天員捍衛(wèi)國(guó)家利益和服務(wù)全人類利益的沖突、太空產(chǎn)業(yè)商業(yè)利益與社會(huì)公益的沖突問題。解決問題的辦法一要樹立國(guó)家利益和人類利益相協(xié)調(diào)的新倫理觀，二要進(jìn)一步規(guī)范太空探索利用實(shí)踐的主體。 通過對(duì)太空探索的哲學(xué)意義及其倫理問題的討論和解決方案的提出，旨在進(jìn)一步深化對(duì)太空探索的認(rèn)識(shí)，，避免惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)以及掠奪式開發(fā)，引導(dǎo)太空探索在理性、有序地可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the increasing shortage of resources on the earth, many countries all over the world have invested a lot of manpower and funds to develop space exploration to seize the first chance. The development of space science and technology has enabled mankind to break through the barrier of the atmosphere and rush to the Universe. The philosophical significance of space exploration is that it not only expands the object of human understanding, but also improves its cognitive ability. Moreover, it has changed the way of thinking and scientific research, and further confirmed the knowability of the world and the nonlinearity of the development of things. But space exploration may bring new ethical problems as well as new opportunities for human development. For example, the military utilization and peaceful purposes of space resources, the problem of the common and "pre-boarding, first-served" space resources, the sharing of space exploration data and the issue of intellectual property rights, the conflicts between astronauts defending national interests and serving the interests of all mankind, The conflict between commercial interests of space industry and social welfare. The first way to solve the problem is to establish a new ethics view that the national interests and human interests are coordinated, and the other is to further standardize the subject of space exploration and utilization practice. By discussing and solving the philosophical significance and ethical problems of space exploration, the purpose of this paper is to further deepen the understanding of space exploration, avoid vicious competition and predatory development, and guide space exploration in rationality. Sustainable development in an orderly manner.
