【摘要】：2014年10月1日,英國完善了知識產權法律體系,英國的知識產權立法改革一攬子計劃也推陳出新,展現(xiàn)出了知識產權法律多方面的革新理念。而與我國相關的知識產權各部門法相比,在專利權、著作權等領域都有許多的共通與差異。
[Abstract]:On October 1, 2014, Britain perfected the intellectual property law system, and the intellectual property legislation reform package of the United Kingdom also brought forth new ideas in many aspects of intellectual property law. Compared with the relevant intellectual property laws in China, there are many similarities and differences in the fields of patent, copyright and so on.
