【摘要】：正現(xiàn)今社會,"版權(quán)"一詞逐漸受到人們的重視,越來越頻繁地出現(xiàn)在大眾視野。前幾年,電視劇《北京愛情故事》的編劇狀告導(dǎo)演陳思成侵權(quán),今年又有《如懿傳》的編劇王小平與小說原作者蔣勝男的版權(quán)糾紛。講到這,又不得不提到娛樂圈的著名事件——"瓊瑤于正之戰(zhàn)",在這場大戰(zhàn)中,十幾名原創(chuàng)作家共同署名支持瓊瑤的起訴,甚至有網(wǎng)友調(diào)侃道:"于正有難,八方點贊。"前段時間的"友誼的小船說翻就翻"那幅企鵝漫畫的作者也曾在微博上發(fā)表聲明,提到自
