【摘要】：采用國家知識產權局1985~2013年中國電子信息產業(yè)聯(lián)合申請發(fā)明專利信息數據,借助Ucinet、ArcGIS、Stata等分析工具,對中國電子信息產業(yè)創(chuàng)新網絡特征、結構、演化、績效進行了分析。研究發(fā)現:(1)知名高校和大型企業(yè)是中國電子信息產業(yè)創(chuàng)新網絡重要的科學知識源和技術知識源,也是創(chuàng)新合作優(yōu)先連接主體,與美國跨國公司、西歐中小企業(yè)是創(chuàng)新網絡科技知識源的特點不同;(2)創(chuàng)新網絡呈現"核心-邊緣"模式,創(chuàng)新網絡結構的"小世界網絡"特征越來越明顯;(3)本市、境外是創(chuàng)新合作最重要的空間載體,地理鄰近有助于隱性知識交流,在國內合作創(chuàng)新網絡構建中發(fā)揮著重要作用,技術鄰近是促成境外合作創(chuàng)新的重要基礎,進一步驗證了Bathelt等學者倡導的關系經濟地理學假說;(4)提高網絡地位、占據結構洞位置能夠提升主體創(chuàng)新績效;(5)創(chuàng)新網絡內部作用機理的地域差異明顯,網絡結構根植性對發(fā)達地區(qū)創(chuàng)新一般有負面影響,地理鄰近對發(fā)達地區(qū)創(chuàng)新主體的創(chuàng)新績效影響不顯著,但地理鄰近卻有利于欠發(fā)達中西部地區(qū)創(chuàng)新主體間的隱性知識交流,有助于創(chuàng)新績效的提高。因而,應引入"網絡資本"來分析網絡主體的創(chuàng)新績效,彌補中心地理論中基于規(guī)模等級分析主體創(chuàng)新能力的傳統(tǒng)做法。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the characteristics, structure, evolution and performance of the innovation network of China's electronic information industry by using the data of patent information of China's electronic information industry from 1985 to 2013, with the help of Ucinet,ArcGIS,Stata and other analytical tools. The findings are as follows: (1) Well-known colleges and universities and large enterprises are important sources of scientific knowledge and technological knowledge for the innovation network of China's electronic information industry, and are also the priority links between innovation cooperation and multinational corporations in the United States. The characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises in Western Europe are different in science and technology knowledge source of innovation network; (2) innovation network presents "core-edge" mode, "small world network" of innovative network structure is more and more obvious; (3) this city, Overseas is the most important space carrier of innovation cooperation, geographical proximity is conducive to tacit knowledge exchange, and plays an important role in the construction of domestic cooperative innovation network. Technology proximity is an important foundation to promote overseas cooperative innovation. It further verifies the hypothesis of relational economic geography advocated by Bathelt and other scholars; (4) improving the network status and occupying the structural hole position can improve the innovation performance of the main body; (5) the regional differences of the internal mechanism of the innovation network are obvious. The root of network structure has a negative impact on innovation in developed regions. Geographical proximity has no significant impact on innovation performance of innovation subjects in developed regions, but geographical proximity is conducive to tacit knowledge exchange among innovation subjects in less developed central and western regions. It helps to improve the performance of innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce "network capital" to analyze the innovation performance of network agents, and to make up for the traditional method of analyzing the innovation ability of the main body based on scale grade in the central theory.
