【摘要】：數(shù)字化資源共享不僅是世界教育的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),更是促進(jìn)就業(yè)、走內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展道路、適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)和技術(shù)技能人才成長成才需要的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求。但我國職業(yè)培訓(xùn)數(shù)字化資源共享存在缺乏總體規(guī)劃、共享意識(shí)淡薄、優(yōu)質(zhì)資源數(shù)量不足、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范缺失、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)缺乏有效保護(hù)等問題,導(dǎo)致共享水平低下,未能形成開發(fā)、共享、服務(wù)、評(píng)價(jià)和持續(xù)改進(jìn)的良性循環(huán)。世界銀行貸款"數(shù)字化培訓(xùn)教學(xué)資源共享平臺(tái)"項(xiàng)目做了許多有益探索,提出了從頂層規(guī)劃、規(guī)則設(shè)計(jì)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范研制、資源開發(fā)和整合、支撐平臺(tái)建設(shè)、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)、配套服務(wù)保障等多個(gè)角度建立基于共享聯(lián)盟的職業(yè)培訓(xùn)數(shù)字化資源共享模式。
[Abstract]:Digitized resource sharing is not only the development trend of education in the world, but also the promotion of employment, taking the connotative development road to meet the needs of the new normal economic development and the growth of technical and skilled personnel. The lack of standards and regulations, the lack of effective protection of intellectual property rights and other issues have led to a low level of sharing, which has not formed a virtuous circle of development, sharing, service, evaluation and continuous improvement. Development, resource development and integration, support platform construction, intellectual property protection, supporting services and other aspects of the establishment of professional training digital resource sharing model based on the sharing alliance.
