HF公司員工組織職業(yè)生涯管理體系建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:作為企業(yè)人力資源管理的一項重要內(nèi)容,職業(yè)生涯管理是企業(yè)所提供的,用于促進(jìn)企業(yè)內(nèi)部從事某種類職業(yè)的員工實(shí)現(xiàn)其職業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的一種連續(xù)的過程。它主要包括兩個層面的內(nèi)容,其一是員工的自我職業(yè)生涯管理,其二是企業(yè)作為一個集體組織,指導(dǎo)和協(xié)助員工規(guī)劃其職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展。從企業(yè)層面來講,一個完整的、科學(xué)的職業(yè)生涯管理體系和制度不僅可以促使其員工個人不斷成長,又能使企業(yè)自身不斷發(fā)展。由于企業(yè)的人力資源管理是一個動態(tài)的過程,它隨著企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的變化而變化。職業(yè)生涯管理也是如此,在企業(yè)不同的發(fā)展階段,職業(yè)生涯管理有著不同的特征。HF公司成立于2005年,是一個以自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)研發(fā)為主,以產(chǎn)業(yè)園和電子商務(wù)為輔的成長型企業(yè)。隨著公司項目的不斷增加,公司規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,股份制改革被公司管理層提上日程。因此,為了適應(yīng)公司的變革,同時也使公司繼續(xù)保持良好的成長態(tài)勢,實(shí)行必要的組織職業(yè)生涯管理體系建設(shè)也越來越重要。 本文結(jié)合HF公司當(dāng)前發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、員工職業(yè)生涯管理當(dāng)前狀況等因素,采用文獻(xiàn)分析、問卷調(diào)查等方法,在現(xiàn)行組織職業(yè)生涯管理模式的基礎(chǔ)層面上進(jìn)行研究。本文首先介紹了組織職業(yè)生涯管理的相關(guān)理論,然后結(jié)合HF公司當(dāng)前的發(fā)展背景及組織職業(yè)生涯管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,找出了現(xiàn)階段存在的問題。然后在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了HF公司組織職業(yè)生涯管理體系,給出了在員工職業(yè)生涯的各個階段企業(yè)實(shí)施組織職業(yè)生涯管理的具體措施,最后提出了進(jìn)一步完善HF公司組織職業(yè)生涯管理體系的幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:As an important part of enterprise human resource management, career management is provided by the enterprise, which is used to promote the employees engaged in a certain kind of occupation in the enterprise to achieve their career development goals a continuous process. It mainly includes two aspects, one is the self-career management of employees, the other is that enterprises, as a collective organization, guide and assist employees in planning their career development. From the enterprise level, a complete and scientific career management system and system can not only promote the individual growth of its employees, but also enable the enterprise to develop itself. Human resource management is a dynamic process, which changes with the change of enterprise strategy. The same is true of career management. In different stages of development of enterprises, career management has different characteristics. HF company was founded in 2005. It is a growth enterprise based on independent intellectual property research and development, supplemented by industrial parks and electronic commerce. With the increasing of the company's project and the expansion of the company's scale, the stock system reform has been put on the agenda of the company's management. Therefore, in order to adapt to the change of the company and keep the good growth situation of the company, it is more and more important to implement the necessary organizational career management system. Combined with the current development of HF Company and the current situation of employee career management, this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire investigation to study on the basis of the current organizational career management model. This paper first introduces the relevant theories of organizational career management, then analyzes the current development background and current situation of organizational career management in HF Company, and finds out the existing problems at this stage. Then, on the basis of this, the author designs the organizational career management system of HF Company, and gives the specific measures to implement the organizational career Management in each stage of the employee's career. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to further improve the organizational career management system of HF Company.
