【摘要】：信息時(shí)代,交互型網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)深入到社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域、各個(gè)行業(yè)以及各個(gè)家庭之中,是社會(huì)生產(chǎn)和社會(huì)生活必不可少的組成部分。但網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)中詐騙、信息泄露、傳謠等問題時(shí)有發(fā)生,不斷挑戰(zhàn)著人們的底線,因此互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)不斷進(jìn)步帶來的網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為頻發(fā)現(xiàn)象是社會(huì)發(fā)展過程中永遠(yuǎn)無法忽視的問題。目前,大學(xué)生的虛擬實(shí)踐中,為“炫技”攻擊他人網(wǎng)站主頁、侵犯他人知識產(chǎn)權(quán)及隱私權(quán)、語言暴力等網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為屢屢發(fā)生,究其深層次的原因,主要是大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀與社會(huì)核心價(jià)值之間出現(xiàn)了偏差,導(dǎo)致大學(xué)生的虛擬實(shí)踐存在著失范的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),因此以價(jià)值觀為切入點(diǎn)剖析大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為就十分必要了。以大學(xué)生這一行為主體為研究對象,根據(jù)對其失范行為的剖析發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)生在網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)踐中發(fā)生“越軌”行為源于他們錯(cuò)誤判斷了網(wǎng)絡(luò)自由的界限,又存在著道德缺失和價(jià)值觀偏差等問題,由此呼吁出對大學(xué)生理性自律培養(yǎng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)道德與網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心價(jià)值對大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為規(guī)制的迫切需求。首先,通過對行為主體發(fā)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為的反思發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)行為主體在自我控制意志中表現(xiàn)出感性主導(dǎo)的自律,在道德踐行上表現(xiàn)為知而不行,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)自由與共享精神的倡導(dǎo)下,行為主體容易誤會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)自由的邊界,發(fā)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為。其次,根據(jù)對網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)核心價(jià)值重構(gòu)的可行性分析發(fā)現(xiàn),要培育行為主體的理性自律,就需要促使網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)道德與網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)核心價(jià)值在其意識中的內(nèi)化。要發(fā)揮好網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)道德的規(guī)范功能,就必須喚起行為主體對網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)核心價(jià)值制度化下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為規(guī)范的認(rèn)同,而這一認(rèn)同的前提是行為主體的個(gè)體價(jià)值觀符合網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)核心價(jià)值的內(nèi)在要求。由此,構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)核心價(jià)值,辯證看待網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)核心價(jià)值與社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀之間的關(guān)系,并在社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀引領(lǐng)下,積極開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)核心價(jià)值在大學(xué)生中的重構(gòu)工作,是大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為干預(yù)的有效辦法。
[Abstract]:In the information age, interactive networks have penetrated into all fields of society, industries and families, which is an indispensable part of social production and social life. However, the problems of fraud, information leakage and rumour spread in the network society occur from time to time, constantly challenging people's bottom line. Therefore, the frequent phenomenon of network anomie caused by the continuous progress of Internet technology is a problem that can never be ignored in the process of social development. At present, in the virtual practice of college students, network misconduct such as "dazzling skills" attacking others' website homepage, infringing other people's intellectual property rights and privacy, language violence, etc, often occurs. It is mainly the deviation between college students' values and social core values, which leads to the risk of college students' virtual practice out of the norm, so it is very necessary to analyze the college students' network anomie behavior from the point of view of values. Based on the analysis of the behavior of college students, it is found that the "deviant" behavior of college students in network practice stems from their mistaken judgment of the limits of network freedom. There are also some problems such as moral deficiency and values deviation, which calls for the urgent need for the cultivation of college students' rational self-discipline, the network social morality and the core value of the network for the regulation of college students' network behavior. First of all, through the reflection on the behavior of network anomie, it is found that when the behavior subject shows sensual self-discipline in the will of self-control, the behavior of moral practice is known but not good. Under the initiative of Internet freedom and the spirit of sharing, it is easy to misunderstand the boundary of network freedom and the behavior of network anomie occurs. Secondly, according to the feasibility analysis of reconstructing the core value of the network society, it is found that in order to cultivate the rational self-discipline of the behavior subject, it is necessary to promote the internalization of the network social morality and the core value of the network society in its consciousness. In order to give full play to the normative function of network social morality, it is necessary to arouse the recognition of the network behavior norms under the institutionalization of the core values of the network society. The premise of this recognition is that the individual values of the behavior subject conform to the inner requirements of the core values of the network society. Therefore, to construct the core values of the network society, to treat dialectically the relationship between the core values of the network society and the socialist core values, and under the guidance of the socialist core values, It is an effective way for college students to actively carry out the reconstruction of the core values of network society in college students.
