【摘要】：現(xiàn)如今,國際上企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新范式不斷更替演進,先后經(jīng)歷了大約六代具有代表性的創(chuàng)新范式:技術(shù)推動型創(chuàng)新范式、需求拉動型創(chuàng)新范式、技術(shù)與市場耦合型創(chuàng)新范式、一體化整合型創(chuàng)新范式、行政推力型創(chuàng)新范式、系統(tǒng)集成與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化創(chuàng)新范式。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是一個經(jīng)濟范疇而不是技術(shù)范疇,開始于技術(shù)設(shè)想,終止于商業(yè)上的成功應(yīng)用。在整個創(chuàng)新過程中要經(jīng)過一些不同創(chuàng)新階段:構(gòu)想與評估創(chuàng)新階段、研究與開發(fā)(RD)創(chuàng)新階段、試驗與試產(chǎn)創(chuàng)新階段、生產(chǎn)與銷售創(chuàng)新階段、信息傳播創(chuàng)新階段以及知識資本管理創(chuàng)新階段。每個創(chuàng)新階段都將產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)。現(xiàn)階段各個不同類型創(chuàng)新企業(yè)根據(jù)自身特點在創(chuàng)新過程中將運用不同方式進行知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the enterprise technological innovation paradigm is constantly changing and evolving, and has experienced about six generations of representative innovation paradigm: technology-driven innovation paradigm, demand-driven innovation paradigm, technology-market coupling innovation paradigm. Integrated innovation paradigm, administrative thrust innovation paradigm, system integration and network innovation paradigm. Technological innovation is an economic category rather than a technical category. It begins with technological assumption and ends with successful commercial application. In the whole process of innovation, there are some different stages of innovation: innovation stage of conception and evaluation, innovation stage of research and development of (RD), innovation stage of experiment and trial production, innovation stage of production and sales, and so on. Information dissemination innovation stage and knowledge capital management innovation stage. Each innovation stage will produce the corresponding intellectual property rights. At present, different types of innovation enterprises will use different ways to protect intellectual property rights in the process of innovation according to their own characteristics.
