【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)孕育了許多新的價(jià)值觀念和倫理精神，形成了一些新的人際關(guān)系和道德關(guān)系，拓展了社會(huì)倫理文化的空間。同時(shí)，，網(wǎng)絡(luò)的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展也向人類(lèi)倫理提出許多挑戰(zhàn)。侵犯?jìng)�(gè)人隱私、計(jì)算機(jī)病毒、侵犯知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全危機(jī)，是眾多網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理問(wèn)題中最引人關(guān)注的。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理不僅為網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展提供了倫理規(guī)范，也為網(wǎng)絡(luò)的自由健康發(fā)展指明了方向，但是由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理所具有的自律性，多元性等特點(diǎn)，導(dǎo)致其理論上存在一些難題，這就成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)的理論原因。網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的主體方面原因是網(wǎng)絡(luò)主體道德意識(shí)淡化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)主體責(zé)任的不確定以及人們對(duì)數(shù)字信息的盲目崇拜。網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)中的缺陷和網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)法律的不健全是網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的客觀原因。 構(gòu)建完善的網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)倫理道德體系，我們應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循以人為本、平等和公正、自由和無(wú)害、以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展的原則。繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)倫理思想中的精華，普及網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育，提高全體網(wǎng)民的道德修養(yǎng)，形成良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)秩序。同時(shí)，完善的網(wǎng)絡(luò)法律體系與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展也是必不可少的實(shí)踐手段。
[Abstract]:Network has given birth to many new values and ethical spirits, formed some new interpersonal and moral relationships, and expanded the space of social ethical culture. At the same time, the emergence and development of the network also put forward many challenges to human ethics. Invasion of personal privacy, computer viruses, intellectual property rights, network information security crisis, is the most attention of the many network ethical issues. The network ethics not only provides the ethical norm for the development of the network, but also points out the direction for the free and healthy development of the network. However, due to the characteristics of the self-discipline and pluralism of the network ethics, there are some problems in theory. This becomes the theoretical reason that the network ethics question appears. The main causes of the network ethical problems are the desalination of the moral consciousness of the network subject, the uncertainty of the responsibility of the network subject and the blind worship of digital information by people. The defects in network technology and the imperfection of network related laws are the objective causes of network ethics problems. To construct a perfect network social ethics system, we should follow the principles of people-oriented, equality and justice, freedom and innocuity, and sustainable development. Inheriting and carrying forward the essence of traditional ethics, popularizing network moral education, improving the moral cultivation of all Internet users, forming a good network order. At the same time, the perfect network legal system and the development of network technology are also indispensable practical means.
