【摘要】：我國近年來商業(yè)競爭愈加激烈,并在某些領域和產(chǎn)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出白熱化的趨勢,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護的重要性越來越突出,眾多企業(yè)開始把知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護列為自身發(fā)展的一項重要工作。我國的茶文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在最近幾年得到了長足發(fā)展,并且未來可期。若想讓其發(fā)展得又好又快,就急需從法律方面來加強對茶文化產(chǎn)業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護力度。本文從茶文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的重要性以及用知識產(chǎn)權(quán)對茶文化產(chǎn)業(yè)進行保護的路徑選擇等方面進行闡述和論述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the business competition in our country has become more and more intense, and in some fields and industries, the importance of intellectual property protection has become more and more prominent. Many enterprises begin to regard intellectual property protection as an important work of their own development. The tea culture industry of our country has been developed rapidly in recent years, and can be in the future. If it is to develop well and quickly, it is urgent to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights in tea culture industry. This paper expounds and discusses the connotation of tea culture industry, the importance of intellectual property and the way to protect tea culture industry with intellectual property.
