【摘要】：我國(guó)近年來(lái)商業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈加激烈,并在某些領(lǐng)域和產(chǎn)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出白熱化的趨勢(shì),知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)的重要性越來(lái)越突出,眾多企業(yè)開(kāi)始把知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)列為自身發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)重要工作。我國(guó)的茶文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在最近幾年得到了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,并且未來(lái)可期。若想讓其發(fā)展得又好又快,就急需從法律方面來(lái)加強(qiáng)對(duì)茶文化產(chǎn)業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護(hù)力度。本文從茶文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的重要性以及用知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)對(duì)茶文化產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行保護(hù)的路徑選擇等方面進(jìn)行闡述和論述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the business competition in our country has become more and more intense, and in some fields and industries, the importance of intellectual property protection has become more and more prominent. Many enterprises begin to regard intellectual property protection as an important work of their own development. The tea culture industry of our country has been developed rapidly in recent years, and can be in the future. If it is to develop well and quickly, it is urgent to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights in tea culture industry. This paper expounds and discusses the connotation of tea culture industry, the importance of intellectual property and the way to protect tea culture industry with intellectual property.
