【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展，現(xiàn)有的一些培訓(xùn)方式已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)時(shí)代的要求，在這種情況下，電子學(xué)習(xí)這一方式的學(xué)習(xí)，逐漸流行起來(lái)，在越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)中得到了應(yīng)用。 E-Learning是指在網(wǎng)絡(luò)和通訊技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)和人工智能技術(shù)、以及多媒體技術(shù)等共同構(gòu)成的虛擬環(huán)境中進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)，是技術(shù)的學(xué)習(xí)。企業(yè)類(lèi)別的E-Learning是通過(guò)企業(yè)內(nèi)部的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為企業(yè)員工提供的集個(gè)性化、跨越時(shí)間與地域限制等優(yōu)點(diǎn)于一體的持續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)方式，它們的教學(xué)內(nèi)容是經(jīng)過(guò)規(guī)劃的、關(guān)系到企業(yè)未來(lái)的和員工當(dāng)前工作成就和未來(lái)職業(yè)成就的創(chuàng)新性教程。 本系統(tǒng)主要滿(mǎn)足企業(yè)培訓(xùn)四個(gè)方面的要求：（1）通過(guò)發(fā)布企業(yè)新聞，企業(yè)快訊，，行政公文的方式向企業(yè)員工介紹公司內(nèi)部最新動(dòng)態(tài)；（2）企業(yè)員工可以通過(guò)此系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行課程搜索，課程預(yù)約，課程學(xué)習(xí)，并可以進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)的記錄；（3）系統(tǒng)提供教師編號(hào)，企業(yè)員工可以與培訓(xùn)老師進(jìn)行在線(xiàn)交流；（4）保證企業(yè)資源不被泄露，可以最大限度的保護(hù)好該企業(yè)的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, some existing training methods have been unable to meet the requirements of the times. In this case, e-learning is becoming more and more popular. E-Learning is a virtual environment composed of network and communication technology, computer and artificial intelligence technology, and multimedia technology, which is the learning of technology. The E-Learning of enterprise category is a kind of continuous education and training method which integrates individuation, transcending time and geographical limitation, etc., and their teaching content is planned. Innovative tutorials related to the future of the enterprise and current and future career achievements of employees. The system mainly meets the requirements of four aspects of enterprise training: (1) introducing the latest developments of the company to the employees through the way of issuing enterprise news, enterprise newsletter and administrative documents; (2) enterprise employees can conduct course search through this system. Course booking, course learning, and record of learning; (3) the system provides the teacher number, the enterprise staff can communicate with the training teacher online; (4) ensure that the enterprise resources are not leaked, Can protect the intellectual property right of this enterprise to the maximum extent.
