中國互聯(lián)網傳媒類上市公司研究

【摘要】:20世紀90年代以來,中國互聯(lián)網媒體發(fā)展迅猛,中國互聯(lián)網傳媒公司在大浪淘沙的殘酷競爭中生存、壯大。據不完全統(tǒng)計,自1995年中國第一家互聯(lián)網傳媒類公司中華網上市以來,截至2012年,在美國、中國內地和香港上市的主營業(yè)務在國內的中國互聯(lián)網傳媒類上市公司已超過40家。近年來,中國互聯(lián)網傳媒產業(yè)的產值大有趕超傳統(tǒng)媒體之勢。傳統(tǒng)媒體也在積極探索轉型,謀求改制上市。研究中國互聯(lián)網傳媒類上市公司具有積極的現實意義。 本文通過對與上市公司相關的數據資料進行定量分析,厘清互聯(lián)網傳媒類上市公司的上市途徑、盈利來源、資本運營以及整個行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢。目前網絡廣告和游戲業(yè)務成為中國互聯(lián)網傳媒類上市公司主要利潤來源。中國互聯(lián)網傳媒行業(yè)的初期發(fā)展和海外投資密不可分,發(fā)展中后期則通過收購、兼并、合資等方式進行資本運作,同時積極進行海外業(yè)務拓展。 中國互聯(lián)網傳媒類上市公司雖得到長足的發(fā)展,但存在版權糾紛、監(jiān)管缺失、技術和管理人才短缺、創(chuàng)新能力低等問題。對此,中國互聯(lián)網傳媒類上市公司需創(chuàng)新經營模式,在充分挖掘產品商業(yè)化潛能的同時也要遵守行業(yè)道德。國內管理者需加強行業(yè)監(jiān)管,加大政策資金扶持力度,不斷完善知識產權立法。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, China's Internet media has developed rapidly, and Chinese Internet media companies have survived and grown in the fierce competition. According to incomplete statistics, since China's first Internet media company went public in 1995, as of 2012, there have been more than 40 listed Chinese Internet media companies in the United States, mainland China and Hong Kong. In recent years, the output value of China's Internet media industry has caught up with the trend of traditional media. Traditional media is also actively exploring the transition, seeking to reform the listing. It is of positive practical significance to study the listed companies of Internet media in China. Through the quantitative analysis of the data related to the listed companies, this paper clarifies the listed channels, profit sources, capital operation and the development trend of the whole industry of the Internet media listed companies. At present network advertisement and game business become the main profit source of Chinese Internet media listed company. The initial development of China's Internet media industry is closely related to overseas investment. In the middle and later stages of development, capital operation is carried out through acquisition, merger, joint venture and so on, while overseas business development is actively carried out. Although the listed companies of Internet media in China have made great progress, there are still some problems, such as copyright disputes, lack of supervision, shortage of technical and managerial talents, low innovation ability and so on. Therefore, the listed companies of Internet media in China should innovate their business model and fully exploit the potential of commercialization of their products, and also abide by the ethics of the industry at the same time. Domestic managers need to strengthen industry supervision, increase policy funding support, and constantly improve intellectual property legislation.
