四季青服裝企業(yè)分銷系統(tǒng)的研究與實現

【摘要】：服裝業(yè)作為傳統(tǒng)的勞動密集型產業(yè),在邁向信息系統(tǒng)化的過程中,其需要綜合利用計算機技術、信息及網絡技術,對服裝企業(yè)的采購、進貨、銷售(零售、批發(fā))、庫存管理等各項資源加以整合,它是本文要敘述的“分銷系統(tǒng)”,也是轉型、升級過程中的關鍵所在。本文主要是以浙江省杭州市四季青服裝批發(fā)市場為背景,設計了四季青服裝企業(yè)管理系統(tǒng),并利用Delphi加以實現。首先對四季青服裝企業(yè)分銷管理的實際需求進行研究,并對部分商品銷售商戶、四季青公司等人員進行調研,同時結合Delphi以及服裝企業(yè)的特點進行分銷系統(tǒng)的需求分析。隨后依據上述內容,利用C/S架構對分銷管理系統(tǒng)體系進行設計,同時確定了分銷管理系統(tǒng)的功能以及數據庫內容。整個功能包括網店實體店管理、財務報表、盤點流程、基本資料等功能。然后利用Delphi工具對四季青企業(yè)分銷管理系統(tǒng)進行實現,針對設計的成果進行開發(fā)。最后在分銷系統(tǒng)實現基礎上進行系統(tǒng)測試,利用測試用例來驗證系統(tǒng)實現與需求的一致性。系統(tǒng)完成后,已經投入試運行半年,目前系統(tǒng)運行狀況良好。本系統(tǒng)將傳統(tǒng)服裝市場的優(yōu)勢與先進的信息技術及商業(yè)模式有機融合,既擁有自主知識產權,又整合全國性豐富資源,對四季青服裝銷產業(yè)轉型升級具有巨大推動作用,目前已經產生了巨大的社會效益以及經濟效益,未來幾年將成為全國服裝行業(yè)的核心運行平臺。
[Abstract]:Clothing industry as a traditional labor-intensive industry, in the process of information systematization, it needs comprehensive use of computer technology, information and network technology, clothing enterprise procurement, purchase, sales (retail, Wholesale, inventory management and other resources to be integrated, it is the "distribution system" to be described in this paper, but also the key to the transformation, upgrade process. Based on the wholesale market of Sijiqing garment in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, this paper designs the enterprise management system of Sijiqing garment, and realizes it by Delphi. First of all, the actual demand of distribution management of Sijiqing clothing enterprises is studied, and some of the commodity sales merchants, Sijiqing company and other personnel are investigated. At the same time, combined with the characteristics of Delphi and clothing enterprises, the demand analysis of distribution system is carried out. Then, according to the above contents, the distribution management system is designed by using the C / S architecture, and the function of the distribution management system and the database content are determined at the same time. The whole function includes online store management, financial statements, inventory process, basic information and other functions. Then use the Delphi tool to realize the distribution management system of Sijiqing enterprise, and develop the design results. Finally, the system is tested on the basis of distribution system implementation, and test cases are used to verify the consistency between the system implementation and the requirements. After the completion of the system, has been put into trial operation for half a year, the system is running well. This system combines the advantages of traditional clothing market with advanced information technology and business model, and has both independent intellectual property rights and integrated national rich resources, which has a huge role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of Sijiqing clothing marketing industry. At present, it has produced enormous social and economic benefits, and will become the core operating platform of the national garment industry in the next few years.
