我國玉米收獲機械化現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展對策

【摘要】:農(nóng)業(yè)機械化快速發(fā)展,使得現(xiàn)階段我國玉米的收獲正由傳統(tǒng)的人工收獲向現(xiàn)代化玉米機械化收獲方式轉(zhuǎn)變。近年來玉米機械化收獲水平不斷提升,至2011年全國玉米機收水平達到33%,我國的收獲機械化水平依然處于低端水平,發(fā)展速度依然不能滿足生產(chǎn)需求,這是我國農(nóng)業(yè)機械化發(fā)展的瓶頸。由于玉米收獲機械技術(shù)含量低、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量差等因素,嚴重影響玉米收獲機械的推廣應(yīng)用以及機械化收獲市場的啟動。本文的研究主要采用文獻研究分析、歷史分析和比較分析等方法,獲取基本的數(shù)據(jù)、事實;研究我國玉米收獲機械化發(fā)展的基本現(xiàn)狀,對我國玉米收獲機械化影響因素作相關(guān)分析。我國各種農(nóng)機補貼政策的扶持為玉米收獲機械化的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了一個優(yōu)越的環(huán)境,但由于還存在農(nóng)機與農(nóng)藝不配套、基礎(chǔ)理論研究的滯后、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量差、農(nóng)機手技術(shù)低、售后服務(wù)不及時等許多問題,在一定程度上影響著我國玉米機械化的發(fā)展。我國玉米收獲機械化發(fā)展在自然、經(jīng)濟、政策、技術(shù)和社會等各種因素的影響下,受到不同程度的阻礙和促進。我國玉米收獲機械化正處于快速發(fā)展時期,在國家一系列政策的引導(dǎo)下,給玉米收獲機械化的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了機遇。玉米收獲機械化發(fā)展,一要完善科研推廣體系,提高作業(yè)效率;二要制定統(tǒng)一價格標準,適當(dāng)降低玉米收獲機械的價格;三要實行多元化補貼政策,加大政策扶持力度;四要建立健全社會化科學(xué)服務(wù)體系,提供完善的專業(yè)化服務(wù);五要加速市場啟動步伐,促進玉米收獲機械化進程。從而建成一個協(xié)調(diào)、有效的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新平臺,形成具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的產(chǎn)品和技術(shù),部分產(chǎn)品達到國際先進水平;農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新體系得到完善,基本建成現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)機流通體系和完善的售后服務(wù)農(nóng)機服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of agricultural mechanization, maize harvesting in China is changing from traditional artificial harvesting to modern mechanized maize harvesting. In recent years, the mechanized harvesting level of maize has been continuously improved. By 2011, the level of corn mechanization in China has reached 330.The level of mechanization of harvesting in our country is still at the low end level, and the development rate is still unable to meet the production demand. This is our country agriculture mechanization development bottleneck. Because of the low technical content of maize harvesting machinery and poor product quality, the popularization and application of maize harvesting machinery and the start-up of mechanized harvesting market are seriously affected. The research in this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis, historical analysis and comparative analysis to obtain basic data and facts, and to study the basic situation of the development of maize harvesting mechanization in China. The influencing factors of maize harvesting mechanization in China were analyzed. The support of various agricultural machinery subsidy policies in China has created a favorable environment for the development of maize harvesting mechanization. However, due to the non-matching of agricultural machinery and agronomy, the lag of basic theoretical research, the poor quality of products and the low technology of agricultural mechanization, Many problems, such as late after-sale service, affect the development of corn mechanization in China to a certain extent. The development of maize harvesting mechanization in China has been hindered and promoted in varying degrees under the influence of natural, economic, policy, technical and social factors. Maize harvesting mechanization in China is in a period of rapid development. Under the guidance of a series of national policies, it has created an opportunity for the development of maize harvesting mechanization. In the development of maize harvesting mechanization, it is necessary to improve the scientific research and extension system and improve the operational efficiency; second, to formulate a unified price standard and appropriately reduce the price of corn harvesting machinery; third, to implement a diversified subsidy policy and increase policy support; Fourth, it is necessary to establish and improve the socialized scientific service system to provide perfect specialized services, and fifthly, to accelerate the pace of market start-up and promote the mechanization process of corn harvest. Thus, a coordinated and effective agricultural industry innovation platform will be established, and products and technologies with independent intellectual property rights will be formed, and some products will reach the international advanced level, and the agricultural industry technological innovation system will be improved.
