AF物流公司戰(zhàn)略定位選擇研究

【摘要】:本文以AF物流公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)建為研究對(duì)象和研究?jī)?nèi)容,在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理、企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略基本理論、電子商務(wù)理論、物流業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)建相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用PEST環(huán)境分析模型和五種力量競(jìng)爭(zhēng)分析模型,對(duì)AF物流公司發(fā)展所面臨的內(nèi)部環(huán)境和外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性的分析;在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)AF物流公司子第三方物流業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)、威脅等進(jìn)行了評(píng)估,從AF物流公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的構(gòu)建思路、整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)、職能戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)AF物流公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。 AF物流公司是從事國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)物流和物流行業(yè)的民營(yíng)企業(yè),公司總部設(shè)在上海西北物流園區(qū),下設(shè)2個(gè)分公司,18個(gè)辦事處,公司員工近百名,擁有倉(cāng)庫(kù)15000平方米。公司是集倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、配送、長(zhǎng)途運(yùn)輸、鐵路運(yùn)輸代理、物流信息服務(wù)以及消費(fèi)者物流業(yè)務(wù)等為一體的一家新型的第三方物流發(fā)展企業(yè)。盡管AF物流公司發(fā)展已經(jīng)構(gòu)建了初步的運(yùn)作框架和運(yùn)作機(jī)制,并且通過(guò)一定的品牌定位、品牌訴求和品牌推廣,取得了一定的成績(jī)。但另一方面,目前的AF物流公司發(fā)展模式只是基于戰(zhàn)術(shù)性的設(shè)計(jì),,為企業(yè)的銷售服務(wù)的,還沒(méi)有構(gòu)建起系統(tǒng)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展模式;同時(shí)在支撐發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略運(yùn)作的組織體系、人才機(jī)制等方面依然還存在諸多問(wèn)題,這與未來(lái)AF物流公司進(jìn)入國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的要求還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠。目前AF物流公司的發(fā)展既需要基于公司發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)出科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展模式;同時(shí)還需要基于市場(chǎng)發(fā)展和物流行業(yè)的要求,進(jìn)行科學(xué)的戰(zhàn)略定位和轉(zhuǎn)型。 AF物流公司的戰(zhàn)略定位,要在AF物流公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的指導(dǎo)下實(shí)現(xiàn)AF物流公司增量與提高協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。通過(guò)采用先進(jìn)的技術(shù)發(fā)展具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的AF物流公司物流服務(wù)產(chǎn)品,加快推進(jìn)AF物流公司的和企業(yè)發(fā)展模式升級(jí)。同時(shí),通過(guò)AF物流公司的管理創(chuàng)新,實(shí)施AF物流公司的管理流程再造,實(shí)現(xiàn)AF物流公司的管理信息化,構(gòu)筑新型的AF物流公司扁平化的管理模式,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)把AF物流公司發(fā)展成為一個(gè)專業(yè)化的、富于活力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的企業(yè)集團(tuán),并圍繞這一總體的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,來(lái)制定和設(shè)計(jì)基于企業(yè)總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的AF物流公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及其路徑機(jī)制。 本文從發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的構(gòu)建思路、整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)、職能戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)AF物流公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),從而為AF物流公司戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)提供了一個(gè)基本的理論框架和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo),并對(duì)其他類似的物流公司推進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)提供了示范價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the development strategy construction of AF logistics company as the research object and research content, on the basis of enterprise strategic management, the basic theory of enterprise competition strategy, the theory of electronic commerce, the construction of logistics business development strategy. Based on the PEST environment analysis model and five power competition analysis models, this paper systematically analyzes the internal and external environment that AF logistics companies are facing. This paper evaluates the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development strategy of the third party logistics business of AF logistics company, and designs the overall development strategy from the view of the construction of the development strategy of AF logistics company, and the overall development strategy design of AF logistics company. The development strategy of AF Logistics Company is designed. AF Logistics Company is a private enterprise engaged in international and domestic logistics and logistics industry. The headquarters of AF Logistics Company is located in Shanghai Northwest Logistics Park. Under 2 branches, 18 offices, the company employees nearly 100, has a warehouse of 15000 square meters. The company is a new type of third party logistics development enterprise which integrates warehousing, distribution, long-distance transportation, railway transportation agent, logistics information service and consumer logistics business. Although the development of AF logistics company has set up a preliminary operational framework and operational mechanism, and through a certain brand positioning, brand appeal and brand promotion, it has made certain achievements. On the other hand, the current development model of AF logistics company is only based on tactical design, which serves the sales of enterprises, and has not yet constructed a systematic strategic development model; at the same time, it is supporting the organizational system of development strategy operation. There are still many problems in talent mechanism, which is far from enough for AF logistics company to enter the international market in the future. At present, the development of AF logistics company not only needs to design the strategic development model of scientific system based on the problems existing in the development of the company, but also needs to be based on the market development and the requirements of the logistics industry. Under the guidance of the development strategy goal of AF logistics company, the increment and coordination of AF logistics company should be realized. By adopting advanced technology to develop the logistics service products of AF logistics company with independent intellectual property rights, we can speed up the upgrading of AF logistics company's and enterprise development model. At the same time, through the management innovation of AF logistics company, implement the management process reengineering of AF logistics company, realize the management information of AF logistics company, construct a new management mode of flat management of AF logistics company. Finally realize the development of AF logistics company into a professional, dynamic and competitive enterprise group, and around this overall development strategy, To formulate and design the development strategy and path mechanism of AF logistics company based on enterprise overall development strategy. This paper designs the development strategy of AF logistics company from the perspective of the construction of development strategy, the design of overall development strategy and the design of function strategy, which provides a basic theoretical framework and practical guidance for the strategic design of AF logistics company. And for other similar logistics companies to promote strategic design to provide a demonstration value.
