天然氣發(fā)動機噴嘴測控系統(tǒng)的研究與設計

【摘要】:天然氣發(fā)動機噴嘴作為天然氣發(fā)動機的主要零部件,其性能的好壞對發(fā)動機的尾氣排放以及經(jīng)濟性能有重要的影響。研制出具有自主知識產(chǎn)權的發(fā)動機噴嘴測控系統(tǒng)對我國天然氣的開發(fā)和利用具有極其重要的意義。 本文通過對天然氣發(fā)動機和發(fā)動機噴嘴的工作原理、我國天然氣發(fā)動機的研制、發(fā)動機噴嘴測控系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)需求、天然氣發(fā)動機噴嘴測控系統(tǒng)的設計方案、以及該系統(tǒng)的測試和測試結果的分析和研究,設計出一款適合中國國情并具有自主知識產(chǎn)權的天然氣發(fā)動機噴嘴測控系統(tǒng)。 論文詳細的論述了天然氣發(fā)動機噴嘴測控系統(tǒng)的需求分析,制定天然氣發(fā)動機噴嘴測控標定方法,根據(jù)需求分析完成了測控系統(tǒng)的設計方案。根據(jù)設計方案,完成了天然氣發(fā)動機噴嘴驅動系統(tǒng)、介質供給系統(tǒng)、介質測試系統(tǒng)和監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),實現(xiàn)了整個測控系統(tǒng)的閉環(huán)控制。根據(jù)測控系統(tǒng)的設計方案,首先對測控系統(tǒng)的測試結果的準確性、穩(wěn)定性進行了測試驗證,其次對測控系統(tǒng)的運行可靠性進行驗證,最后通過發(fā)動機試驗對測控系統(tǒng)的測試結果進行進一步驗證。 本文研究的意義在于,成功的開發(fā)了有自主知識產(chǎn)權的天然氣發(fā)動機噴嘴測控系統(tǒng),滿足了天然氣發(fā)動機噴嘴開發(fā)過程中的試驗需求;經(jīng)實踐證明,此測控系統(tǒng)的壓力穩(wěn)定、驅動可靠,測試精確、操作方便,滿足天然氣發(fā)動機噴嘴開發(fā)的需要;同時本文的研究為天然氣噴射系統(tǒng)的應用做出了貢獻。
[Abstract]:As the main parts of natural gas engine, the nozzle of natural gas engine has an important effect on the exhaust emission and economic performance of the engine. The development of engine nozzle measurement and control system with independent intellectual property rights is of great significance to the development and utilization of natural gas in China. In this paper, the working principle of natural gas engine and engine nozzle, the development of natural gas engine in China, the development requirement of engine nozzle measurement and control system, the design scheme of natural gas engine nozzle measurement and control system are discussed in this paper. Based on the analysis and research of the test and test results of the system, a natural gas engine nozzle measurement and control system is designed, which is suitable for China's national conditions and has its own intellectual property rights. In this paper, the requirement analysis of the nozzle measurement and control system of natural gas engine is discussed in detail, the calibration method of the nozzle measurement and control of natural gas engine is established, and the design scheme of the measurement and control system is completed according to the demand analysis. According to the design scheme, the development of nozzle drive system, medium supply system, medium testing system and monitoring system of natural gas engine is completed, and the closed-loop control of the whole measurement and control system is realized. According to the design scheme of the measurement and control system, the accuracy and stability of the measurement and control system are first tested and verified, and the reliability of the measurement and control system is verified. Finally, the test results of the measurement and control system are further verified by engine test. The significance of this paper lies in the successful development of a natural gas engine nozzle measurement and control system with independent intellectual property rights, which meets the test requirements in the development of natural gas engine nozzle, and is proved by practice that the pressure of this system is stable. The drive is reliable, the test is accurate, the operation is convenient, and the research in this paper has made a contribution to the application of the natural gas injection system.
