基于專利分析的企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新效率評價研究

【摘要】:隨著市場競爭的加劇、知識產(chǎn)權保護意識的加強以及市場環(huán)境的復雜多變使得企業(yè)必須具備快速創(chuàng)新及時響應市場的能力,在這之前重要的一項是對自身以及競爭企業(yè)的技術創(chuàng)新力衡量監(jiān)控,而專利作為最先進技術的載體使得專利戰(zhàn)略的重要性日益增強,專利已成為科學技術發(fā)展的重要指示器,是衡量企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的重要依據(jù)。專利信息的客觀性、可靠性、先進性使得基于專利分析的企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新力研究越來越受到實業(yè)界和學術界的關注。針對上述,本文主要研究了以下幾方面的內容。 首先分析了技術創(chuàng)新力度量和專利分析的國內外研究現(xiàn)狀,學習和了解了本文研究內容的相關理論和成果,并總結專利分析的常用指標和常用分析方法。 其次,概括總結了專利分析在企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新上的作用以及研究現(xiàn)狀,分析如何利用專利信息研究成果輔助支持企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新決策中,提出了基于專利分析的全周期企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新決策輔助整體思路。此外,在專利分析的應用研究方面為使產(chǎn)品技術成熟度預測的應用更加有效和廣泛,對TRIz中的產(chǎn)品技術成熟度預測模型進行了改進,提出采用專利新穎度時間曲線代替專利等級時間曲線并結合專利數(shù)據(jù)度量法的技術成熟度預測模型,方便了技術進化的探索研究。 然后,著重探討了基于專利分析的企業(yè)技術自主創(chuàng)新效率評價研究。依據(jù)評價目的需求建立了一套可操作、可量化的企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新評估指標體系,確立了各評價指標屬性值的獲取方法計算公式,并利用AHP法、G1法、變異系數(shù)法、熵值法等四種賦權方法進行組合指標賦權以構建的綜合評價模型。 最后,本文應用改進后的技術成熟度預測方法對蝶閥密封技術進行技術成熟度預測以驗證模型的有效性;應用構建的企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新效率評價模型對我國6家自主品牌汽車企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新效率進行評價研究,實現(xiàn)橫向的同行業(yè)公司間的自主創(chuàng)新比較研究,同時驗證了本模型可行性。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of market competition, the strengthening of intellectual property protection consciousness and the complex and changeable market environment, enterprises must have the ability to respond to the market quickly and innovatively. Prior to this, it was important to measure and monitor the technological innovation of itself and competitive enterprises, and patent, as the carrier of the most advanced technology, made the importance of patent strategy more and more important, and patent has become an important indicator of the development of science and technology. It is an important basis for measuring the independent innovation ability of enterprises. Because of the objectivity, reliability and advanced nature of patent information, the research of enterprise technological innovation based on patent analysis has been paid more and more attention by industry and academia. In view of the above, this paper mainly studies the following aspects. Firstly, this paper analyzes the research status of technological innovation and patent analysis at home and abroad, studies and understands the relevant theories and achievements of this paper, and summarizes the commonly used indexes and analysis methods of patent analysis. Secondly, it summarizes the role of patent analysis in technological innovation of enterprises and the current research situation, and analyzes how to use patent information research results to assist enterprises in technological innovation decision-making. This paper puts forward the whole idea of technology innovation decision support based on patent analysis. In addition, in order to make the application of product technology maturity prediction more effective and extensive in patent analysis, the product technology maturity prediction model in TRIz is improved. In this paper, the patent novelty time curve is proposed to replace the patent grade time curve and the technology maturity prediction model based on the patent data measurement method is proposed, which facilitates the exploration and research of technological evolution. Then, the paper discusses the efficiency evaluation of independent innovation based on patent analysis. According to the needs of evaluation purpose, a set of operational and quantifiable evaluation index system of independent innovation of enterprises is established, and the calculating formula of obtaining the attribute value of each evaluation index is established, and the AHP method is used for G1 method and the coefficient of variation method is used. Entropy method and other four weighting methods are used to build a comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the improved technology maturity prediction method is used to predict the technical maturity of butterfly valve seal technology to verify the validity of the model. The evaluation model of independent innovation efficiency is used to evaluate the efficiency of independent innovation of six independent brand automobile enterprises in our country. The comparative study of independent innovation among different companies in the same industry is realized, and the feasibility of this model is verified at the same time.
