【摘要】：創(chuàng)新對于來說,是一個(gè)非常好的機(jī)會。從企業(yè)實(shí)際出發(fā),大膽的創(chuàng)新可為企業(yè)贏得市場主動(dòng)權(quán),抓住市場先機(jī),獲得先機(jī)的技術(shù),是企業(yè)保持旺盛的活力,為企業(yè)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展做好準(zhǔn)備。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷增長,我國政府對出口退稅、出口信貸、商品及外匯傾銷、自由貿(mào)易區(qū)等各種優(yōu)惠手段,鼓勵(lì)我國的產(chǎn)品出口,我國的出口型制造業(yè)進(jìn)入持續(xù)快速發(fā)展階段。在全國出口額匯總占有相當(dāng)大比例的家具行業(yè)行業(yè)從而擁有良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和條件。然而在不穩(wěn)定的國際環(huán)境,人民幣的不斷升值,原材料上漲,勞動(dòng)力成本增加以及國家綠色環(huán)保的嚴(yán)格要求下,家具企業(yè)同時(shí)也面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)和壓力。作為專業(yè)從事戶外家具的外向型企業(yè),AG公司必須把握這些機(jī)遇,克服這些挑戰(zhàn)。本論文的主要寫作目的是采取案例分析的研究方法,通過分析AG戶外家具公司在從OEM到ODM轉(zhuǎn)型升級中,從該企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,創(chuàng)新模式,企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)所面臨的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新問題和困難,隨后通過SWOT分析,探討該企業(yè)所處的宏觀和微觀環(huán)境,并從組合創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)新,新產(chǎn)品知識保護(hù),企業(yè)資源配置進(jìn)入深入研究,從而提出相對應(yīng)的建議。本研究分六個(gè)部份。第一部份介紹了研究的目的,研究的意義以及研究的方法。第二部份是相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料。第三部分為案例陳述,主要包括AG企業(yè)的基本信息介紹以及目前在創(chuàng)新過程中所面臨的主要問題。接下來第四部份為基于創(chuàng)新模式,產(chǎn)品知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)和企業(yè)資源配置的案例分析。第五部分針對AG公司產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新問題提出解決建議,包括建立全面的創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng),提高新產(chǎn)品知識產(chǎn)品保護(hù)以及實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)資源優(yōu)化配置。第六部份是結(jié)論。本論文的研究意義在于給創(chuàng)新中企業(yè)提供無論是理論層面,還是實(shí)際操作層面,提供有利的參考,并可以為其他出口型企業(yè)所借鑒,是中國制造的產(chǎn)品在國際競爭中立于不敗之地。
[Abstract]:Innovation is a very good opportunity for you. From the actual situation of the enterprise, bold innovation can win the market initiative for the enterprise, seize the market first opportunity, obtain the technology of the first opportunity, it is the enterprise keeps exuberant vitality, prepares for the further development of the enterprise. With the continuous growth of our country's economy, our government encourages the export of our products by various preferential means, such as export tax rebate, export credit, commodity and foreign exchange dumping, free trade zone, etc. The export-oriented manufacturing industry of our country has entered a stage of sustained and rapid development. In the national export volume has a large proportion of the furniture industry to have good opportunities and conditions for development. However, under the unstable international environment, the appreciation of RMB, the rising of raw materials, the increase of labor cost and the strict requirement of national green environment, furniture enterprises are also facing unprecedented challenges and pressures. As an export-oriented company specializing in outdoor furniture, AG must seize these opportunities and overcome these challenges. The main purpose of this thesis is to adopt the research method of case analysis, through the analysis of AG Outdoor Furniture Company in the transformation from OEM to ODM upgrade, from the current situation of the development of the enterprise, innovation mode, The problems and difficulties of product innovation faced by the enterprise organization structure are discussed through SWOT analysis, and the macro and micro environment of the enterprise is discussed, and from the combination innovation, the new product knowledge protection, the enterprise resource allocation into the in-depth research. Accordingly, the corresponding suggestions are put forward. This study consists of six parts. The first part introduces the purpose, significance and method of the research. The second part is related literature. The third part is the case statement, mainly including the basic information of AG enterprise and the main problems in the process of innovation. The fourth part is the case study of product intellectual property protection and enterprise resource allocation based on innovation model. In the fifth part, some suggestions are put forward to solve the problem of product innovation in AG, including the establishment of a comprehensive innovation system, the improvement of product protection of new product knowledge and the realization of optimal allocation of enterprise resources. The sixth part is the conclusion. The research significance of this paper is to provide a favorable reference for the innovation enterprises in both theoretical and practical aspects, and can be used for reference by other export-oriented enterprises. Is the Chinese-made products in the international competition in an invincible position.
