廣東AG公司產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新研究
[Abstract]:Innovation is a very good opportunity for you. From the actual situation of the enterprise, bold innovation can win the market initiative for the enterprise, seize the market first opportunity, obtain the technology of the first opportunity, it is the enterprise keeps exuberant vitality, prepares for the further development of the enterprise. With the continuous growth of our country's economy, our government encourages the export of our products by various preferential means, such as export tax rebate, export credit, commodity and foreign exchange dumping, free trade zone, etc. The export-oriented manufacturing industry of our country has entered a stage of sustained and rapid development. In the national export volume has a large proportion of the furniture industry to have good opportunities and conditions for development. However, under the unstable international environment, the appreciation of RMB, the rising of raw materials, the increase of labor cost and the strict requirement of national green environment, furniture enterprises are also facing unprecedented challenges and pressures. As an export-oriented company specializing in outdoor furniture, AG must seize these opportunities and overcome these challenges. The main purpose of this thesis is to adopt the research method of case analysis, through the analysis of AG Outdoor Furniture Company in the transformation from OEM to ODM upgrade, from the current situation of the development of the enterprise, innovation mode, The problems and difficulties of product innovation faced by the enterprise organization structure are discussed through SWOT analysis, and the macro and micro environment of the enterprise is discussed, and from the combination innovation, the new product knowledge protection, the enterprise resource allocation into the in-depth research. Accordingly, the corresponding suggestions are put forward. This study consists of six parts. The first part introduces the purpose, significance and method of the research. The second part is related literature. The third part is the case statement, mainly including the basic information of AG enterprise and the main problems in the process of innovation. The fourth part is the case study of product intellectual property protection and enterprise resource allocation based on innovation model. In the fifth part, some suggestions are put forward to solve the problem of product innovation in AG, including the establishment of a comprehensive innovation system, the improvement of product protection of new product knowledge and the realization of optimal allocation of enterprise resources. The sixth part is the conclusion. The research significance of this paper is to provide a favorable reference for the innovation enterprises in both theoretical and practical aspects, and can be used for reference by other export-oriented enterprises. Is the Chinese-made products in the international competition in an invincible position.
