一種新型小型化遠方終端設(shè)計

【摘要】:遠方終端是一種通用的工業(yè)過程控制產(chǎn)品,廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)自動化的領(lǐng)域。本課題來源于項目組的校企合作項目,主要完成一款具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的小型化、經(jīng)濟性的Mini型RTU設(shè)計,應(yīng)用于協(xié)作企業(yè)的工程和產(chǎn)品推廣。針對用戶的技術(shù)要求,本文采用廣州宏晶公司出品的STC12C5A系列新一代MCS-51微控制器為核心設(shè)計實現(xiàn)該RTU的硬件平臺,并對機架在導(dǎo)軌上的安裝方法,進行標準化設(shè)計。該RTU采用24V直流電源模塊供電,實現(xiàn)了8路DI,8路AI,4路AO、8路DO等過程通道,實現(xiàn)工業(yè)現(xiàn)場的數(shù)據(jù)采集和安全監(jiān)控;設(shè)計一路RS232接口來用于軟件下載和超級終端通信,一路RS485接口和一個以太網(wǎng)口來用于與外部計算機通信。針對產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用場合,硬件平臺選用工業(yè)級芯片設(shè)計,保證產(chǎn)品能在-40℃~+80℃溫度范圍內(nèi)工作,并進行了專門的抗電磁干擾設(shè)計,確保產(chǎn)品在惡劣的電磁環(huán)境中能夠可靠穩(wěn)定的工作。RTU軟件基于前后臺軟件的框架設(shè)計,實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的采集、控制輸出以及與外部計算機的數(shù)據(jù)通信的傳輸功能。本文所設(shè)計的RTU功能完善,抗干擾能力強,具有較高的應(yīng)用和推廣價值。項目研究的關(guān)鍵點在于抗干擾的設(shè)計。工業(yè)過程產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用場合和運行環(huán)境惡劣,電磁干擾比較嚴重。根據(jù)用戶要求,所設(shè)計的產(chǎn)品要滿足抗工業(yè)4級電磁干擾能力。為了解決這一問題,硬件平臺設(shè)計時,在輸入電源、輸入/輸出過程通道、通信通道和狀態(tài)指示燈電路都采取的隔離措施,布線設(shè)計時保證足夠的爬電距離,確保產(chǎn)品抗電磁干擾的能力。產(chǎn)品理論設(shè)計完成后,同時也需要完成了裝置的安裝和調(diào)試、實時多任務(wù)軟件設(shè)計,并在協(xié)作企業(yè)的實驗室完成了產(chǎn)品的功能和性能指標測試。測試結(jié)果顯示,本文所設(shè)計的RTU的功能和性能指標滿足客戶的需求,達到了項目預(yù)期的研究目標。
